I've received pedicures and manicures from their before. This was an extremely poor job, by what appeared to be someone new to the nail service industry. Gouged the edges of my toes and fingers with the cuticle remover. I requested a rounded shape for my fingernails and I really have no idea what shape she did, but they look terrible. Rarely do I treat myself to a manicure, but decided to this time to only have to go home and refile my nails and remove the overpaint of topcoat. Good prices, Meh service. basic pedi $23 basic mani $12. HOWEVER, massage, nail cut, nail polish just ok. Massage was short and weak. Cut was just a straight clip(with on of those frightening large clippy things your dad owned) across on hands and feet - upon retuning home, had to file the sharp edges (because...will all due respect...the nail-o-nista did not speak a lick of english...so couldn't explain myself). Polish was an uneven layer. Pro== they open at 9am and have lower prices. Con ==take less time with you and provide lower quality service (which is really saying something in this "in and out" service expectation). Would not return. I recently moved to the area. I hadn't had my nails done in a few months and it was time!  T My is close to me so I called to make an appointment. I arrived @ 15 min early for a dip nail appt (SNS). The gentleman that did my nails did a great job and it was reasonable.  Even though i had an appointment, I wasn't seen until about 30 min later (really my only negative).  However i wasn't in any hurry.  I will certainly be back. This is the absolute best Salon in Bartow and they also have one in Daytona! I recommend anybody to just give them the shot, they have reasonable prices and do amazing work! but what really gets me is that the owners are husband and wife and all of their customers called and Mom and Dad and they are so sweet and quick to help if anything is wrong with your nails they are quick to fix it and have full conversations with you as if you've been friends forever we love them and will not go anywhere else!! Wow !! This has been the best nail experience I have ever had ! I used to go to a different nail salon , and my fingernails would always hurt when I left. So I would always end up ripping them off after a couple days cause it was painful for me to pick up anything or put any stress on my nails. I assumed this was a normal thing. I decided to try this nail salon cause it's very close to my house. Best decision I ever made !! The lady ( I didn't catch her name ) who did my nails was super friendly. She double checked with me on every stage of the process to make sure I was happy with what was happening. My nails look amazing and the best part ...... my nails DONT HURT. I used to love this salon and went here for years with no problems. On Friday may 12, 2017 to get a full set of nails it was my mother's day gift. I asked for the mirror chrome gel polish and he insisted I got rose gold and that's exactly what he did. And I hated it. I told him before I left I wasn't happy with the shape cause they were all different lengths and shapes, bit he seemed not to care and I had things to do so I left. Later that night 2 nails broke and I noticed th...e acrylic was all over my skin to the point where it was cutting into my skin. So Monday I called and spoke to Kim and she told me to come in and she would fix it. She was busy so another girl decided to start fixing my nails, Kim walked up and asked why was she removing my gel polish cause she was just gonna glue them down which made no sense because how are u gonna saw down the acrylic that's uneven and all over my skin without messing up the polish. Kim continued to say well she (meaning me) didn't wanna pay either. Clearly I didn't considering I just paid $50 on Friday for some really horrible nails. So after the other girl fixed them Kim refused to give me gel polish again so I had to get regular polish, which doesn't work for me considering I am always doing something with my animals or cleaning.i left it alone and left not even 1 hour later 4 of my other nails have broken and now I have all broken and ugly nails for $50. Even the one girl was in total shock my nails looked that bad before she tried to fix them. Needless to say I will never go back there and never will refer anyone there again. Very nice clean shop with a great selection of polishes. The owner, Sue, is the best nail technician I've had do my nails. She uses glue to seal the tips of the nails so I don't have problems with the gel splitting away from my nails. The edges are clean and smooth with no rough spots. I don't live close but it's totally worth the drive. I actually followed Sue from another salon because she does such a nice job with my nails. Read Less

This by far is the best nail salon I have ever been to! My first experience with this salon was when I brought my elderly father in for a pedicure. He was treated with such kindness, gentleness and respect. When it came time for my next fill in, I had made up my mind I was unhappy with one of the other salons here in town and would try this salon for myself. I was very pleased with my service and my next appt I had the pleasure of meeting and having my nails done by Kimme. ...I had always been a 'pink &white' girl until I was encouraged to step out of my box...and I have not looked back!
