Horrible customer service the man kept rolling his eyes when I would ask for a nail to be filled shorter or in a different shape. He also tried to tell me it would cost $65 for acrylics with 2 polishes fading into each other simply because he did not know how to do that. Wouldn't recommend and I won't be going back.

This place is wonderfully clean and inexpensive. I especially like Heather who is so friendly. I'm glad I found it. It's always busy, so I call for an appointment.

If you want a good looking nail polish job, Lily is the person to ask for. Not the best pedicure or manicure, I've been to some who actually give you a good scrub and massage and that's what I ideally...
If you want a good looking nail polish job, Lily is the person to ask for. Not the best pedicure or manicure, I've been to some who actually give you a good scrub and massage and that's what I ideally wanted, not here. BUT I was happy with my polish job, very smooth looking and she took her time!

I am only giving this place 2 stars because the staff was pleasant. I feel they are overpriced for their services, and their product doesn't last. I had acrylic nails put on for the holiday, and one popped off and another broke under running water when I was washing my hands. Both in under two weeks. I will not be going back.

I used to come here frequently, but after my lacking experience yesterday I will not go back. The guy rushed through my manicure and didn't even do the hand massage or anything. Just cleaned up my cut...
I used to come here frequently, but after my lacking experience yesterday I will not go back. The guy rushed through my manicure and didn't even do the hand massage or anything. Just cleaned up my cuticles and painted my nails. I was out of there in 20 minutes, but my $30 experience was not what I had come to expect. Very disappointed.

This salon is by far the cleanest salon I have ever been to, and I have been to hundreds of appointments at different salons across the country. Everything is meticulous most especially the instruments. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I have been a regular customer there for years and hope I never have to change. Thanks La Nails!

Had a manicure & eyebrow wax and both were terrific! They made the experience all about me and I felt very pampered. I never felt rushed, and both services turned out 5 star! Everyone was so nice, too...

I thought this place was great. I have only been once, but I walked in this morning. They were nice, they did a good job and it was a very nice salon. I did not have acrylics done, so I can only speak about the pedicure that I had done, but I would recommend them.

I drive the extra distance for a great service.Sophie is very talented women when it comes to nails and conversation. She tells me I have working hands and she is right I refinish furniture, do concrete work, home repairs, and live on 3 acres that I have to up keep, you name it I do it and some times I use my nails as tools, She can fix broken nails and let me tell you they last, and last even through the abuse I give them, and she makes them look so natural, you can not tell they have been repaired. Also the paint job can last me 3 weeks on the right hand and still looks perfect on my left. I like a very natural look and do not prefer the white and she does a Fantastic job at giving me that natural look. Sohpie is a wonderful person not only in talent but in heart.I am glad I found you Sophie and God bless you!

Horrible customer service the man kept rolling his eyes when I would ask for a nail to be filled shorter or in a different shape. He also tried to tell me it would cost $65 for acrylics with 2 polishes fading into each other simply because he did not know how to do that. Wouldn't recommend and I won't be going back.

I am only giving this place 2 stars because the staff was pleasant. I feel they are overpriced for their services, and their product doesn't last. I used to come here frequently, but after my lacking experience yesterday I will not go back. The guy rushed through my manicure and didn't even do the hand massage or anything. Just cleaned up my cuticles and painted my nails. I was out of there in 20 minutes, but my $30 experience was not what I had come to expect. Very disappointed.

This salon is by far the cleanest salon I have ever been to, and I have been to hundreds of appointments at different salons across the country. Everything is meticulous most especially the instruments. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I drive the extra distance for a great service.Sophie is very talented women when it comes to nails and conversation. She tells me I have working hands and she is right I refinish furniture, do concrete work, home repairs, and live on 3 acres that I have to up keep, you name it I do it and some times I use my nails as tools, She can fix broken nails and let me tell you they last, and last even through the abuse I give them, and she makes them look so natural, you can not tell they have been repaired.
