My daughter made manicure/pedicure appointments for us with specific people but when we arrived we had to wait more than 30 minutes and the people we were scheduled to be with did not do our service or acknowledge that they messed up our appointments. I was cut several times and now have 3 sores on my fingers that I did not have when I walked in. The person who worked on me was unfriendly. Found this place over the summer and have been going religiously ever since. I even moved to Chicago, and still make sure to get my nails done here every time i come home- i don't trust anyone else!! I have acrylic nails and am very picky with the shape, and they do an AMAZING job. Prices are super reasonable, the staff is really friendly, and they work incredibly fast. Honestly this is the first nail salon I've found that i can 100% vouch for, and as long as Im in the St Louis vicinity i will never go anywhere else. They are always quick and listen to what I need. Very focused. I was hesitant taking my 5 years old in but she did very well getting her nails painted and toes. I believe Nicki did her nails and another little girls nails. Great work. Great pricing! Highly recommended by my business. Read Less

Sammi has done a great job with this shop. Much better than last owner. Have recommended to many friends and family and they all love Color Nails. They really do a great job, especially with dip nails if you want your nails thicker. Had dip at other salons nearby and they did not do as good of a job. Read Less

I came in Saturday to have a fill done was greeted right away.  Polish I wanted they didn't have wasn't a big deal went with different kind n design. The gentleman who painted my nails hardly spoke to me but would converse with others in his language which I find very offensive as a customer the women were just as guilty it's simply rude. The girl who put the design on my fingers spoke more to me the whole time I was there and was more pleasant than my tech. And being I was only there Saturday my gel on my nails is peeling off which I have never ever had happen since I have been getting my nails done and that's been a few years.  So now I have to go find a place to have my nails repainted since my polished is peeling off which stinks cuz I really liked the color and the design the girl did. The two stars goes to her she was super sweet talkative eager to please and do different designs. And would greet you as you entered and exited the store.  But not likely to return because of the tech and sit there and wonder if there are talking about me since I complained. Read Less

We are so impressed! We bought a gift certificate for our mom for Mothers Day and bought it from California. They were nice to do that! They were going to mail the gift certificate as soon as possible. Instead...they hand delivered it to my mom directly at her house!!!!! Who does that these days!?!?! Just had my nails done for the second time since under new ownership. I got an umbri with white blending into pale pink once again. Perfect for winter. Totally love the look. I love Color Nails! They have so many colors to choose from whether you like gel, powder, or a classy manicure. Sammi is amazing. She always does a great job on my nails. I had a groupon for this place that I elected to Use on Birthday, since I had the day off. I called the week before and scheduled an appointment, because I understand Groupons policy. I showed up to an empty salon, the owner (I think) was sitting in a pedicure chair playing on her iPad. I told her I had an appointment and she seemed confused. She then proceeded to tell me I never called, I assured her I did, after rudely telling me I must have scheduled on the wrong day, (and... me informing her I did not because it was my birthday and I wouldn't mess the day up), she informed me they had no time for me (again NO ONE was there). She was rude, and told me to come back tomorrow. I will never be coming back to this place, and I went to a competitor down the road (to which there are many). Kelly, the new owner, is adorable! She's so friendly & sweet. My friend and I went in for a gel mani & pedi. We received wonderful service at a great price. While Color Nails is currently remodeling, with new floors, paint & pedicure chairs, that didn't bother us. There was a big selection of cute nail colors that made it hard for us to pick our favorite color! Kelly told us that she used to work at Nail Pro & Nail Expo in the area, so I know she has a great background as a nail tech. I should have trusted my first instincts and  turned right around and walked out! This place may be quick and cheap but they are anything but friendly and they probably need a visit from the health department. The walls are dirty and dingy there is some black nasty looking stuff around the pedi tubs, the restroom is disgustingly filthy too! The staff talk and laugh a lot amongst themselves but hardly focus in the person in front of them. The woman working on my feet was rude and told me I should buy my own instrument and clean my toes beforehand so it's not as hard for her next time, she also cut me and didn't even apologize or ask if I wanted to continue! They massage you for like a half a second slap some polish on, no top coat charge you $25 and you're done. I have been to much better places and for sure will not visit here again! Read Less

Fantastic Service. Quick and easy. You don't need to make an appointment. Their prices are fantastic! I went to another place to get acrylics and they were going to charge me 50 dollars!
