This place is a joke! Very rude to there customers! Got a gel polish pedi that as soon as I got home they were peeling and bubbly. So I come back in to have them fixed. I now have 6 workers leaning over my toes arguing that I did not get gel, questioning me over and over! Listen I know for a fact it was gel you used the gel polish and light! Well they finally say well we fix the ones that are bubbly. Will never be back to this place. Is it that hard to fix a paint job you sucked at. Read Less

Not sure what's happening here because this place used to be good... enough (never great though). The last time I was here for a pedicure and the technician destroyed my feet even making them bleed. That's never happened. The polish was messed up and for the 1st time ever, I had to ask for a redo. The polish wore off in 3 days and that's never happened either... anywhere. They weren't busy and I'm known there to be a very good tipper so I'm not sure what happened? The time before this, I had another inexperienced technician. She didn't make me bleed though. Been there a few times with good service. Yesterday after putting my feet in cold water she then takes the pumice stone to the top of my toes. What would be the reason for that? She rips my toe open. Then BEWARE she puts the pumice stone in my cold water and brushes it off with another brush, To get the blood off. She proceded to put that stone back in the supply box. Health dept will be notified! I realize now I should have gotten up and walked out. After all was done, I go to pay and somehow was charged above the posted prices. We have frequented Lovely Nails several times for a number of years for manicures or pedicures. Made appointments as requested. The nail techs are for the most part decent. Went in today for our appointment time; tech sets up my friend and I. It is busy; several walked out because so many wanting pedicures. My friend is 1/2 to 3/4's the way done. Two more clients get seated, their appointment is half hour after ours, the next tech proceeds to start on them. I guess an appointment doesn't matter. I walked out I  will never go back. This is the worst nail salon ever. I want her and got a gel manicure that was chipped within 48 hours and they refused to fix it. Then against my better judgement I are my wedding partys mail appointments 3 months in advance for the day before my wedding. Called 3 days before to confirm and went over with the man everyone who was comming in my wedding party and what they would need done. He agreed it was still okay and they could do it. The day of my appointments we showed up... a little early and were the first ones there and the first appointments of the day. They started of a few of the women in my party then an hour and a half passes and they are taking walk ins left and right. Myself (the bride) and my mom were not even started on. When I asked about when they were planning on starting on us he got rude. Then after getting loud and more rude towards me and my mother he told us if we don't like it go somewhere else. I left. This is after Being there 2 hours past my appointment time. My flower girl got gel polish (I was charged for a manicure which was what the appointment was for but she didn't receive the manicure. They just painted them and charged me as if they did what they were supposed to). Within an hour of leaving the nail shop it was already peeling off. And they left a huge glob of gel on her thumbs. All but one nail had all the polish gone but my rehersal dinner that night. This shop has awful customer service and their polish won't stay on. I don't recommend this shop to anyone!!! Ok. I go there all the time and well yesterday was the first time that I went and got charged a arm and a leg. For my daughter to get her nails painted it was 30$. Cause she used gel. She wanted a full set put on and a watermelon design on one finger. They wanted 39. I was like holy cow. But in reality I should have just let her get a full set. It was crazy. They are amazing! The gentleman there talked me into doing gel nail polish and it was the beat choice I ever made. Not a scratch or chip nothing. Flawless for over 2 weeks. Longer if I hadn't gone to get them redone for a new color lol. This is the go to place for sure. Read Less

My daughter and I went here to have a mani and a pedi. She is only six years old, so she was a little shy but the staff was wonderful with her. Everyone was very nice! The salon was very clean and relaxing. Good prices, loved our nails too! Read Less
