At the recommendation of my family, I made an appointment for five pedicures & manicures on Friday night. When we arrived for our appointments, the place was packed and there was no empty chairs available. One of us was able to get a pedicure, but was unable to sit with the rest of our party.The rest of my party waited over 45 minutes before we were seated, or acknowledged by staff. A simple statement would've gone a long way in this situation... be it an apology for the delay or just an update on the wait time. But no one said anything to us. I was pretty upset, as we were there as a group to celebrate and had called two days prior to make the appointment. We ended up walking out after waiting for an hour with no communication. Absolutely terrible service. A friend recommended me to come here and I will never come back again. The lady messed up on my nails, so brandy told me to come back the next day and she would fix them. I came back the next day and they proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay AGAIN in order for them to fix my nails. I am appalled at how unfriendly, and how greedy for money they were. The nail salon I have gone to previously (for 5 years) has never given me an experience this awful. I highly recommend going to Top Nails on olive instead. Just moved to the area from Louisiana and tried Paris Nails because it was close enough to my work to get my nails done on my lunch. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a new place fast enough when I moved, but I lucked out. This place is AMAZING. They are super nice and vary good at what they do. The owner is so obviously passionate about her business and her customers, which makes for a very welcoming and positive experience. I even broke one of my nails the day after getting them done, and she fixed it for me free of charge. I'm so happy to say I've found my new nail place. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot. Clean.  Friendly staff.  Good manicures and pedicures.  Only complaint is that when you make an appointment, you still have to wait until a spot opens to get helped.   I had an appointment with my three daughters.   They would start one of us and then move onto other walk in customers in between steps.   I made an appointment for four people so we could all get worked on together and then all be done together . I have been going to this place for quite some time and I have always had a really good experience each time! Sam and Kevin are my go to nail techs here! They are both super friendly and do an amazing job. I get the dip powder and I live it! I made the mistake of going to dorsette nails recently just because it was closer and I was in a hurry! Absolutely hands down the best nails shop on this side of the river. The staff is pleasant and down to earth. The shop is clean and relaxing. They have a large selection of colors (polish, gel, and dipping powder) they are experienced in all the latest nail techniques. The only thing I wish is that they were closer to my home. The only place I go to get my nails done! All the employees there are so friendly and once you become a regular you are treated like family. They include you in their banter back and forth and ask you about certain details of your life you have mentioned before and it always makes me feel so welcomed! It's always so clean and inviting. Their pedicures are heavenly and they take their time with you. The different scrubs they use and the hot stones make all the difference. Their manicures are the best. I've been to numerous places and this is the only place I can get the dipping powder. So much healthier for your nails than anything else. My nails have grown stronger and longer thanks to the dipping powder.I can't rave enough about this place and will continue to come back. Not a fan since their management changed.  My gel manicures barely lasted a week and the spa just doesn't feel as luxurious as it once did.  I am going elsewhere now.I gave it one more shot on a Thursday prior to a wedding just because I was close by.  It is Tuesday and the french gel manicure is separating from the nail already.  I won't waste my money here again!
