Andy has been my nail tech for almost 2 years now! I have had my nails done consistently since the early 80’s. Never, in all that time have I ever had someone more passionate about customer service or making certain that my nails were PERFECT! I am more than pleased each time I go in. The whole staff is extremely friendly and never make you feel uncomfortable. I have referred many people to Upscale and not one has had a less than stellar experience. Salon is nice and pedi chairs are very comfortable. When I got home I had to file my toenails, they were so ragged. Had the chocalate pedi- my feet are SO dry after just a few hours and still pretty ruff. One of the worst pedicures I've ever had. People were nice though Read Less

Had a dip today. 2 short nails, no offer to add tips, cuticle had product on them and she appeared to be in a hurry but wasn't busy.Won't go back ever. Used to go but tried once in awhile to see if they are better but not consistant. Read Less

Popped in here one day in January for a quick manicure, as I had just "fired" my last nail tech. I received such good service and fabulous manicure, I've become a regular. Terrible experience at Nail Pro. Technicians rushed through service (15 min. pedicure) and acted annoyed that I was there. Without question the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. My feet don't even feel like I had one. They were unfriendly too, grabbing my debit card out of my hand and running it without telling me my total. The technician also made a snarky comment under her breath after I left a more than generous tip (given the service.) Will not be returning. Read Less

I would give zero stars if I could. I came here today, first time, for a pedicure and powder dip nail removal. The woman that began taking my nails off, got up on several occasions with no explanation and disappeared. She stopped several times to text and make a phone call. Another woman did my pedicure and acted annoyed the entire time and did the sloppiest job I have ever seen. The bottoms of my feet are still scaly, she didn't paint part of my toenail and left a jagged edge when filing. The pedicure took a whopping 15 minutes. Then she grabbed my credit card out of my hand and ran it without telling me my total. When I left her a more than generous $4 tip on a $29 service, she said something snarky to a co-worker under her breath. Terrible experience and service. I've been here several times and it's usually fine, but today was a huge disappointment. The woman who did my nails did not understand a word I spoke to her. Paid for a manicure, but when I told her not to cut my cuticles, she sighed and didn't do the lotion or oil treatments my friend was given with her manicure. She spoke on the phone the entire time. She only filed half of my nails, and the ones she did file are uneven and jagged. Then came the nail polish-- not ONE of my nails was completely covered with nail polish even after 3 coats. When I asked her to fix it, she sighed and put on 2 more coats of nail polish without fixing any of the problems-- the bare areas, the jagged nails, the fact that some nails were half an inch longer than others. By this point my nails had 5 layers of nail polish on them. After 3 hours of drying, I touched them they were ruined, just as I expected when she put on 5 layers of polish without allowing ANY time to dry in between. Andy is awesome! He knew exactly how I wanted my nails done. However some of the other employees are not so nice. One of my friends got a pedi and the girl who did hers was rude and was not paying attention to her. I would recommend if you go here, ask for Andy he's great :) it's gets 4 stars because of Andy.
