Walked in and was helped right away. The owners were lovely and helped me decide the nail style that was best. I ended up with acrylics with gel color. Tony was very patient and helpful while I picked out my color. He took his time on my nails, paid attention to detail and we talked the whole time. Will be back next time I'm in town.

I will never return to this salon! I was in need of a pedicure, so I thought I would give this salon a chance since they are next door to the dance studio where my daughter attends. I made an appointment for 7:00 pm. When I arrived, they were not professional at all. They told me to pick out my nail color and then I sat and waited. When the technician finally called me over, I sat in the chair and she told me to put my feet in the water...it was scalding hot! She never assisted me on where to lay my purse or make the chair comfortable for me. She finally got the water temp to an acceptable temp but was very aggressive in where she wanted my feet to be. The whole experience was painful from beginning to end. She kept asking me to move down lower, my back hurt and the edge of the water basin was digging into my ankle. When I finally said something, she adjusted my chair, but continued to put my ankle on the sharp corner. She continued to push on my foot and told me to work with her! She never showed me where the control was to the chair for the massage to make my visit more comfortable. When I finally noticed it at the end of my pedicure, it was completely ducked taped and looked to be broken! Finally, the place was super HOT! No A./C running and even the workers were fanning themselves! I was so disappointed as I left with $40 less in my pocketbook and when I got home and looked at my toenails, they did a horrible job! Part of my toe nails have no polish on them and then me skin has polish where it should not! Making an appointment at the end of the day was probably a bad decision. It was clear to me that my technician wanted to be home an not doing her job. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!!! Total waste of money and I would have been better off doing by toenails myself!

The name of the business says it all. Lovely Nails is my go to nail salon in Chesterfield. There are many options when it comes to nail salons but this salon has integrity and invests time in getting...
The name of the business says it all. Lovely Nails is my go to nail salon in Chesterfield. There are many options when it comes to nail salons but this salon has integrity and invests time in getting to know there clients. There is something to be said for a salon that greets the majority of clients by there first name and with a smile. The owners Susan & Tony along with there staff are professional and knowledgeable. Here is what I wish was different...The cell phone use by clients while getting a pedicure is out of control. Don't get me wrong I have intercepted a few calls while sitting in a relaxing pedicure chair myself but I ignore the call and text the person that I will call them back shortly. I have also left my pedicure chair and have gone outside to take a call from a client. Today I listened to the life story of the person sitting next to me. I learned about her mother, her kids, what they have planned for the holiday weekend, to the wedding plans and that drama while getting my pedicure. My pedicure was about 60 mins and the person next to me talked the whole time. I put my headset on and had music playing and could still hear the conversation. It's not the first time and I'm not alone with this annoying behavior. Perhaps a sign reminding patrons that the salon is for relaxing and respect for other people's space is appreciated. To me it is common sense and phone curtesy.

Cindy did a great job on my pedicure. I loved that I could select various, affordable packages. My favorite part of any pedicure is the massage. So I selected the mid package to get a longer one and it was wonderful! Great job! Affordable prices, clean place, close to home! This is my new nail place!

I've been to many nail salons around the area and I will say that Lovely Nails is one of my favorites! The owners are very sweet and polite, as are each of their employees. I'm extremely picky about the shape of my nails and also that each of them are even.. they get it perfect every time! Love this place.

My mother-in-law and I just left after a lovely (pun intended??) manicure and pedicure for me, and a pedicure for my MIL. My MIL comes here pretty often and they totally remember her name and treat her like a friend. She had the basic pedicure and I had the next step up (can't remember the name of the treatment) for $30, which included callous removal as well as exfoliating tangerine/honey lotion massage (other option for scents was lavender). Tony the owner did my pedicure and he was very nice, informative, and gentle, since he knew I am very ticklish He did a great job on my very tired feet...my feet are so soft and pretty now...it had been a year since my last mani and pedi!! (One of the pitfalls of having two small kids and no childcare ). My MIL's pedi also turned out very nice. We were both very happy with our treatments and next time I'm in town, I will be sure to come back! They really took the time and energy to make us feel special and you can definitely tell they put their customers first!

Watch out for places that double dip on their waxing. Meaning they use the same stick that they use with other customers to dip the wax or the same one they use with you, they double dip back into the...
Watch out for places that double dip on their waxing. Meaning they use the same stick that they use with other customers to dip the wax or the same one they use with you, they double dip back into the pot. It's not sanity and I wish they would consider changing this.

What I like most about this nail salon is they are honest to walk ins and give realistic wait times, they are ready for you at the scheduled appointment time and they do not rush through your service ...
What I like most about this nail salon is they are honest to walk ins and give realistic wait times, they are ready for you at the scheduled appointment time and they do not rush through your service when they are busy! Today I received at no extra cost a nail strengthener. The salon is very clean. Open 7 days a week means that no matter what your schedule is you can get quality service for a fair price and leave with a smile on your face. They go the extra mile in knowing their customers which seals the deal for me!

Tony was very patient and helpful while I picked out my color. He took his time on my nails, paid attention to detail and we talked the whole time. Will be back next time I'm in town.

I will never return to this salon! I was in need of a pedicure, so I thought I would give this salon a chance since they are next door to the dance studio where my daughter attends. My MIL comes here pretty often and they totally remember her name and treat her like a friend.
