Myself and 3 friends went here on a slow afternoon. They had 3 people ahead of us and said it would be awhile, we decided to wait. We waited for an hour before they even started on one of us. Then took another walk in before another one of my group. We ended up leaving for another nail salon since we had been waiting for an hour and forty minutes. Got a gel manicure and pedicure on Friday. It’s Sunday and the gel is bubbling and chipping. I paid $65 and it was subpar service and the gel didn’t last. My friend was with me and the two employees kept switching from me to my friend. They missed parts of the manicure and pedicure when they did this. At one point a baby started crying in a back room. The employee went in the back for about 5-10 mins and then came back out. You have a baby in the back room?!!! Very bizarre service and environment. I randomly scheduled an appointment at iCare Nails & Spa after finding this business on Yelp. The staff responded back in a matter of minutes and scheduled my appointment right away. Nicole was welcoming, kind, and did a phenomenal job with my nails! I told her I was celebrating my 30th birthday and wanted something special. My mom and I were shopping out the outlet mall and were looking for a place to get a pedicure and manicure. I looked on yelp and found icare nails and spa. I gave them a call and they said they would get us in right away. Nicole and yoyo were so friendly and did a great job! Traveling from out of town and was looking for a good, clean pedicure place (I'm rather picky). Found this little place and had a great experience! Pedicures are a little more expensive than average ($30) but honestly worth it. My feet feel great and the massage was wonderful! The two girls working were also VERY friendly and easy to talk to. This nail salon is the best one I've been to in the area. The service here was amazing! Not to mention, the salon was exceptionally clean and up to date with the newest equipment. I had a great experience today with Nicole. I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in right away.  Nicole was kind, patient and did an excellent job on my manicure.  I got a full acrylic set with gel polish. I did not feel rushed at all.  The color is amazing, my nails, cuticles and hands look and feel amazing!  The young woman at the desk helped me decide what I wanted and her color recommendation was excellent!  I'm glad I took her advice. I am very pleased with the result and will definitely be back.  The business was very clean and spacious.  I always ask for very short nails and historically have to basically beg for them.  Nicole cut them very short just as I asked and made sure I was pleased with the length and shape before continuing.  I really appreciate her attention to detail and making sure the customer is satisfied. The salon is nice and a serene space. They seem to be hygienic, I noticed them cleaning everything before using it. It is conveniently located by the movie theater and in a large shopping area. Since I believe they earned it, I'm happy to provide a 5 star review for iCare Nails & Spa in Chesterfield Valley.  We just moved to the area and after some research I finally found a nail salon that meets my criteria.  iCare Nails & Spa is new and if they retain their current quality and attention to cleanliness and details they will certainly retain my business.  Like many people, when I have the time, I want to feel relaxed and pampered. I recognize sometimes tight schedules require quicker service.  Based on my first visit, iCare seemed to be able to provide that personalized service to customers who had less time.  That's refreshing because hectic schedules dictate different needs.  Cleanliness is of upmost importance to me.  Too many nail salons neglect good sanitation practices and too many customers are either uninformed or willing to overlook them.  iCare uses disposable pedicure tub liners, files, buffers, and toe separators.  I was told they strictly follow sanitation protocol for reuse nail grooming tools.  I don't feel like I have to compromise my health to get a good manicure and pedicure.  iCare was neat and clean, no dirt or dust.  They must have the appropriate ventilation system because there was no strong chemical odors.  I chose one of their deluxe manicure and pedicure services.  Yoyo was my nail technician. She was professional, conscientious, thoughtful and friendly, with a gentle touch.  I walked out relaxed and highly satisfied.  My initial visit was truly a wonderful experience.  I believe I've found my nail salon!  I will be a return customer! Great salon, friendly employees, clean and inviting!  Made appointments for manicures for myself, my mother and my 9 year old daughter.  Color selection is great, they even added sparkles for my daughters nails.  Both Nicole and Yoyo were friendly and professional.  Plenty of pedicure chairs for a big group.  Our nails look great for vacation.  Already planning mani/pedi trip for a birthday treat for my daughter. Amazing service! Got there at 7:20, two ladies were already there getting their nails done, had to wait but no big deal wasn't in a rush. The pedicure was awesome and very relaxing. The staff was friendly and kept up good conversation. They did a good job on my toes but I also got a basic manicure and that was less than impressive. Stopped here on a whim... a lucky whim indeed.  Only open for a couple weeks, the shop is bright, spacious and clean. Beautiful spa chairs and comfortable nail tables. The ladies were attentive, professional and friendly. I appreciated the nice mix of conversation and quiet. I feel completely pampered after the long leg/foot massage and my toes look great!!
