I have been coming here for 2 years and have always had great customer service. When I started coming here my nails had fungus and would not grow. Cindy has bought them back to life where all I get is an acrylic over lay. Her husband works part time and does an awesome job as well. Do Not Patronize!! Very Rude and torturous! Older nail tech brutally ripped tips off of a minor/ teen when requested by parent to please soak for gentler method of removal in preparation for back to school sport activities. Did not even remove all of acrylic residue, just filed into nail bed underneath, how unsanitary and painful! My friend Ratasha and I went here to get our nails done after work and had a great time while getting great service and great nails. Kenny that works there is so funny and fun to be around and he really takes his time to do your nails PERFECT!!! I will never go to another nail shop again, only this place. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!! The so-called owner and her husband are so rude and disrespectful and when you don't like they work that you are paying for they tell you you can go somewhere else one of the girls was was giving me a pedicure and she came right over and told her to go work on someone else while she finishes! So after seeing that she was so rude to her worker, I told her that I did not want her to do my feet and she said that I could go somewhere else. She then started roughing my feet up like she didn't care hurting my feet and I told her that she was being rough and she needs to be easy then she told me she was finished when I had just sat down 10 minutes ago. A day later I noticed that my feet was peeling real bad and I have rashes all over my feet I went to the doctor and was told that I had foot fungus so I'm sure it was from them not cleaning their equipment because this has never happened to me!! The folks here are friendly and engaging for customers. I get my nails done there every 3 weeks -- they are careful, very clean and will do my nails the way I like them to be done (no dremmel). The folks here remember me week to week, have shared their homemade Vietnamese foods with me, and carry on good conversation while getting my nails done. STAY AWAYYY!!! Worst experience of my life!!! . The boss cut me to wear my finger was gushing blood. Then made up a thousand and one excuses as to why it happened. I told her not to put glue over my cut and she did. My nails turned out horrible streaky and uneven. I told her I didn't like them and she started yelling! what you want me to Do!? She wouldn't stop talking and mocking me. I told her over and over I don't like it its ugly trying to be nice for her terrible job. To the point I finally said fine. I'm not paying for this. The crazy lady then wanted to take off my nails! She went nuts and I'm like your not touching me! She was screaming in her store. Finally i was like my friend are still getting their nails done so i told her ill let somebody else take it off. She wouldn't shut up! after i repeatedly asked them all to make her stop. So I said screw it and was walking out the door, she jumped in front of me and locked the door!!!! and said She was calling the cops!!!! Screaming in my face!! I was scared for my life!! and didn't know what She was going to do.. She was holding me hostage!! Finally I made it out the door.. this women has psychiatric problems and needs to be shut down. I have on been to this salon for pedicures. It has always been a pleasant experience. The prices are reasonable, and that's one of the things that first drew me in. One time, I had an older woman who did a good job, but it felt rushed. The language barrier can be tough. However, I recently returned and was attended by a young woman, who was absolutely fabulous. It was so bad,  I don't know where to begin.  First, who still uses Dremels? Second, it was a cluster from beginning to end. She hurt my toe, she filed my SKIN when she was using the buffer block, and then she finally made my cuticle bleed - and acted like she didn't see blood. Pros: reasonable price, entertaining staff, my nails look really pretty.Cons: they reuse tools, the uv light felt like it was burning my fingers, the gentleman left residual gel polish on my fingers, and it wasn't the nicest looking place.All in all I'm from out of town and I'm used to my own salons. I wouldn't frequent this salon anyway though. The sheer fact that they reuse tools should've sent me running but i was in dire need and don't know the area. He did a great job on my nails. For a 'standard' strip mall nail salon, this place is truly exceptional! It is incredibly clean, very thoughtful and considerate staff and wonderful services. They even offer complimentary wine or water while you're enjoying a pedicure! I went on a Sunday and they were busy, but I still felt like the staff took their time to get my nails and feet perfect- I didn't feel like they rushed through as other places do during peak times. Went here to get an overlay with gel polish. The next day my polish was chipping on three nails and gel is supposed to last longer than regular polish. I called so that I could get them polished again and they told me the same person would have to do it for me or else they would charge me. Very poor business tactics. I didn't want the same person to polish my nails because she kept making smart unprofessional remarks while she was doing my nails. I wouldn't suggest this nail shop. Read Less

I selected this nail salon based on Yelp reviews. I got a pedicure and manicure, both with gel. The nail tech (male) was friendly, however did a half job applying the gel polish. He rushed through my service and wore gloves, which limited his ability to clean up the polish around my nails. The gel set was peeling and pulling back the same day of the service. Too add, while there another customer came in and complained about the same thing.I tried this salon as a close option to my home. Unfortunately I won't be going back. Read Less

This place is great!  It's stylish and clean with no chemical smell.  The staff are very nice and informative.  They are willing to chat or sit quietly while you relax.  Pedicures are great, acrylic is great, and gel polish is great.  They even have kid pedicure chairs.  They offer discounts to students as well. I had a friend come in town and had time to kill for a long layover and really needed to get a fill in. I normally go to a place in Kirkwood so I wanted to find something closer to the airport. Their flyer says "professional nail salon", but the manager is far from professional. First of all the lady that did my nails filed when I told her not to, put the polish on very thick even though I told her not to. It took TWO hour. I got home and the polish was,so thick that even after using the dryer twice, my nails were messed up as soon as I put my things down. I immediately went back to the salon and the same lady started repainting the same way even after I said don't paint it thick. Another lady took over and I told her I was upset that it took two hours and I had to come back again. And also that I didn't have another two hours to sit. She started making excuses and telling me how they want to do a good job and take their time. At the point I told her if they are always that way I would not be back. She started off to me and said if I didn't like it, don't come back, that they have a lot of customers. I said I couldn't believe she said that and asked who the manager was. She Sid she is. When I was using the dryer she came back and started yapping at me again. When I told her to stop and to get away from me she went to a customer and told her all about what happened and what I said. This place is fantastic. From the moment I walked in my first time, Lanny was so nice and accommodating. They remember and are loyal to their regulars. If you ever get an acrylic set, John is the one to do them. He is fantastic and knows exactly what he is doing. For gel polish and eyebrow waxes, Lanny is the best. Every time I walk in the door I am greeted by a very happy "Hi Melanie!" I don't ever make an appointment unless I need to go in on a busy weekend day and even then they can get me in and out very quickly.If you are in the area and are looking for a very reasonable, very reliable nail salon, this is it.
