my wife, two daughters, son in-law and my-self went out to get Pedi's Mothers day weekend. Went to our usual spot but there could not get us in till 5:30 so we call pro nails and they could get us right in, "should have been our first clue". Got the Royal which is $50.00 WORST EXPERINCE OF OUR LIFES, they started to get busy and proceed to rush us thru from start to finish they were done in a half hour. My mother and I were able to get in same day for a mani/pedi. The pedicure was average but well done. An older gentleman took care of both of our manicures as we wanted the powder dip. He did a great job with my French tips and he was very patient with my mother who is quite particular about her nails. She said it was the best manicure she'd had in months. DON'T DO IT!!! Waste of money and time. I had gotten a manicure and gel polish. They had me soak my hands in acetone for over 40 mins. My manicure consisted of a very quick rub of lotion on my hands and a acetone soak. When she was polished my nails she was missing part of my nail and then when I pointed that out she was saying it was my nail. I had to move 5 times while soaking my hands in acetone. My sister had her nails done and she was done 40 min before me. So my so called manicure was soaking in chemicals and a poor polish job. DON'T waste your money!!!! Read Less

Nail Polish Peeled TWICE! Unfortunately, this family run business is very friendly and sweet but I'm not so sure why their nail polish continues to peel. It was a very expensive to have a fancy pedicure and then to have my nail polish peel. They did redo the nails but within 3 days they peeled again. My last pedicure my nail polish lasted about 3 months! So needless to say I will not be back. They really need to figure out how to keep their product on the nails! Read Less

Never going back.   First time the price of a manicure for my daughter changed after the work was started.  Gave them another try.  Called to schedule appointment for three pedicures.  Was told that there were people waiting but come on in.  Walked in an hour later and before we told them what we wanted we were informed that only one person was there to do pedicures and we would have to wait.  Seems like maybe he should have told us that when we mentioned we were looking for three.  I won't be burned at again.  Good luck if you try. I gave them one star because they were very nice and let me get a mani before closed on a Sunday. That is the only reason I am giving them a star. Instead of wrapping my nails in foil and cotton balls they had me soak all my fingers in a bowl of nail polish remover. Hated this. Then they scrapped off the gel nail polish, which I know is part of it, but they scrapped off the top layer of several of my nails. They did cut the cuticle and paint the nail. There was no massage or cuticle oil applied. They left paint on my skin, which made the nail look like it was attached to the skin. I had to use cuticle cutters when I got home to fix it. This was all done is 15-20 minutes. I will never be back. Their mani is priced at $30 and is NOT worth the price. They were very nice, but I will never be back. Big mistake. The guys who did our nails are very nice however I was very unhappy with the quality of our pedicures and manicures. Less than 24 hours later, our polish is already coming off. My husband and I looked for a place to get pedis that was on our way to downtown Branson and had decent reviews. We called this place and there was a 40 minute wait. I thought that would be a good sign - busy means repeat customers or at least a positive reputation. After making an appointment, we arrived to an empty salon. We were quickly seated and attended to. The pedis started off great until we got to the massage. He was pinching my legs and hitting the bottom of my feet over and over. It was the worst "massage" I've ever had! Once I survived that, the guy painted my toes with polish all over my toes. He had to go back with remover to clean up. One coat later, he said I was done. I'm not holding high expectation for this one to last. They charged us $30 each (basic price - no extras) and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Advice - go somewhere else. Read Less

My daughters and I had a wonderful experience here. We all got pedicures. Walked in and there weren't many people here so we got right in.  I was hesitant at first because our Pedis were $30 ( which are a little pricey compared to where I'm from).  WELL worth it!!!! The ladies were nice and actually made conversation with u. I found out that the owners were both in the hospital so they were short handed.
