So for the start, I do give it to them they are very nice and decent people. They get nails done quickly, but sloppy. When I went yesterday, I thought my nails were good until I look at them in the sun. I then noticed they weren’t painted correctly and all the way. I went back to get them redone, well when this was done I noticed she had scratched up the side of my index finger and it was chipped, I had gone back in the next day and asked for a refund and they said they will not give it to me and so they fixed it. Well, when fixing my chipped nail I went outside and noticed that one nail was black and the rest were a navy blue, well I went to show them this and they said they wouldn’t do anything. I do not recommend this nail salon unless you would like to make continuous trips and spend $55 for nothing but mess ups back to back! Air conditioner wasn't working, and it was in the 90's! This place is horrible. My mom and I wanted in on a Sunday, last min, and this was the only place we could get in. Not worth it. The lady that worked on me was up answering the phone most of the time, and our feet were not smooth at the end. It's been 1 week, and my moms polish is coming off. We paid $75 each. Rude! Tried to push more expensive services that I didnt want. We wanted basic pedicures and she kept saying that I needed the extra scrub. Other than talking about services they did not speak to us. Got a pedicure, it was great! Said it was $35 got a text on my phone that my phone that my card was charged for $42 but my receipt still said $35. Whoever ran my card I guess thought they could put a $7 tip without me knowing. Won’t be going back! Watch them because they will charge you extra without you knowing.Read Less

The employees are nice but the work is shabby. I’ve been using dipping powder for over a year now. My nail specialist is in TX where I moved here from. Her salon 💇....they all are experts when it comes to dipping powder. Never a problem. But in the last 10 days since going to this place, my nails are weak, they crack just getting myself dressed and making my bed. Such a frustrating experience. I used to go here all the time, the last time I went in for a full set and the guy I had cut the side of my finger while he was doing my nails, I honestly didn't think anything of it because it didn't hurt that bad at the time. So I went home and woke up the next morning with a throbbing pain in my finger, it was swollen and very red and pussy. There was obviously something wrong. I called the manager and told her everything that happened, she o...bviously tried to stick up for her employees, which I understand but all I was asking for was a refund for my infection that they gave me and she just kept saying they couldn't do that. Finally after all day of talking to her on the phone and arguing about it she said she would give me a refund and then had the owner call me about 30 minutes later and said they would NOT be providing me with a refund because I left them a bad review. Great customer service, really! Needless to say, I will NEVER be going back or sending any of my friends there again. I've come to the salon for over two years now. They recognize me and know me by name. I usually get a pink and white acrylic full set and a regular pedi but often get upgrades. This salon is always very busy but they do their best to accommodate all walk-in business even large groups on vacation. I've seen them deal with unkind customers and handle the situation well. I worked in retail and sales for ten years. I think they work extremely hard and do a good job. I've only ever had two negative experiences and that was by a nail tech that is no longer here. I came back the next day and asked for a fix by someone else and they did it for free. I try to call ahead but often have to do a walk in. My favorite service is the Hawaiian pedi. Overall if you communicate what you want before you sit down they are great about giving you to the person who specializes in what you want even tho they all are capable. The bad reviews make me sad. Stepmother went to get a fill and ended up getting cut with the tools. Now has a gash on her finger. My little sister complained that the lady doing hers was rude. The lady I had was nice and there was no complaints about the pedicures, but the fact someone got cut with their tools is terrible.Read Less

Saturday before Mother's Day. Tried to google nail places in Branson and this was the only place that came up. Called and they gave me a time to be there. Got there 15 minutes early so they set me and the husband down and let us relax with feet in the water. Loved it all. Also recommended them to another guest where we were staying. My daughter had the WORST experience at NV Nails of any place she has ever gone. In her last preparation before her prom TODAY last night she went to NV Nails to get her nails done to match he PALE PINK dress. After spending forever trying to tell the nail person she needed PINK when it was over she ended up with BLACK NAILS. As best she could understand the operation said she couldn't do pink because it didn't cover well. WTF...!!! REALLY...!!! For as long as there has been nail polish you could use a pink and although it might need a BASE COAT you could paint nails PINK. She herself has done her own nails PINK many times, BUT THIS OPERATOR couldn't? My daughter wanted this to be SPECIAL, this is her FIRST prom, she worked for 12 hours to pay for this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and now she is going to the prom tonight with a PALE PINK dress, PINK shoes, and EVERYTHING PINK EXCEPT her nails which are BLACK. Just imagine how BAD that looks? I am going to call the manager when they open today, IF they don't get someone competent to get her nails re-done ASAP before the prom, I am going to be sure to let the BRANSON LANDING management and everyone I can think of hear about this. Nice people, but my nails are torn up (they peeled layers off of my actual nails when impatiently removing gel) and the new paint is chipping after only 2 days. The regulars seemed to be treated better than tourists. I hate leaving less than glowing reviews, but I would never go back. Read Less

STAY AWAY!! DIRTY PLACE!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would! The first time I went, it was fine. The second time, I had a pedicure and nail set put on. I got an infection in my toe from what I thought were clean tools. They were not! I also got a fungal infection on my hands and arms from the man putting my set on!! Went for a pedicure, expecting the works when the menu price was $45.00. All they did was soak, rub and polish. No scrubbing, no callous, just polish. Although they were quite clean, and very professional, the pedi was a dissapointment. Read Less
