The lady was on the phone the entire time. I have been diligently growing out my nails for an easter mani/pedi and the lady started trimming them way to short. Only after did she ask what fake nails I wanted. When I informed her I intended to paint my existing nails she said "Oh I cut all your nails off. Sorry" then got back on the phone and painted my nails. Horrible service! Read Less

I simply stated that I didn't want him to cut me like he did last time and he said I hurt his feelings and kicked me out. I could not believe it. Even after I had asked for his wife. He said I hurt his feelings. All I asked was that he not cut me like last time. I wasn't rude or mean. He was very unprofessional and missed out on money. I will never go again!Read Less

Went in for a fill and an eyebrow wax. Not the cleanest salon I've been in but I've also seen worse. their wall says a fill is 15 which is fine and very reasonable. No pricing for eyebrow waxing at all but I figured it couldn't be more than 10ish.. boy was I wrong! The man told me I owe $40!! For a basic acrylic fill with Polish and an eyebrow waxing... One of my nails is crooked as all get out and I even mentioned to her it was and her attempt to fix it made it worse. To top it off I handed the man my debit card and he said what, No cash?
