The entire experience was awful and my nails looked bad. I got the dip and the tech kept using his finger to pat down high areas on the dip which left darker spots on my nails. He finished with gel clear coat over the top that started peeling off within a day. He also cut me pretty bad and I'm certain they use dirty instruments and never clean out the pedicure bath before refilling it. I will never go to this place again! Read Less

I waited for 30 min to get my nails started .. when the nail tech started my nails another customer who happened to be Caucasian decided she wanted to mani and she needed to be on a flight ....... The tech got up from doing my nails to do hers and i was waiting for another 30 min... They did a great job on my nails the first time but i would never return after this issue... Would have given 4 stars because the daughter of the owner did a pretty good job, just one nail was a little off. When I asked to get it redone, the girl was already gone and her mother yelled at me for the whole salon to hear how it’s not their fault, how it’s the dip powder that has defects, and despite me saying that I understand all that, I just want that 1 nail redone, she yelled the same excuse at me the entire time she was redoing my nail. I was a regular here for a long time and after noticing a decline in service and them overcharging for things I decided to take my business elsewhere! I found another place that I LOVE (Ruby's Nails) and today they were swapped and I couldn't wait so I decided to give Miss Nails another go round and it was the worst decision I could've made. Renee did my pedicure and another girl did my nails. I got a fill(overlay) with gel polish and a pedicure with gel. No design or anything. They charged me 25.00 more than what I should've paid per their price listing. I paid them the money but I will never go back to them! Sharon has been doing my nails for years now, i have had the minx done on my.toes and i always get the gelish nail polish on my fingers and this lasts me a few weeks. I too have gone to Miss Nails for years.  I drive from the Legends in KS to Blue Springs because Jason is the best!!!!!!  I have tried many different places of course ones closer and found that they use cheap products and they never look as shiny and pretty as when I get them done there.    My nails last for weeks and they don't chip easily or turn yellow.  ( I am a cigarette smoker and have had my nail tips turn yellow from other nail places due to product they used) I strongly recommend trying out Miss Nails as you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! I've been coming here for several years.The staff is friendly and the salon is clean. They have a great selection of gel and shellac colors. Currently they have the entire OPI Hello Kitty gel collection. It's awesome. Jason does my nails and he's a wizard. My nail beds are deep and can be hard to file. He is able to work with them and keep my cuticles in good shape. It's easy to get an appointment but when I walk in without one, I never have to wait too long. I can't recommend Sharon highly enough. I go every two weeks to get my nails done. My nails are historically weak but I come away every fortnight with the most professional looking nails. There's a great variety of options in bail colours too. Every month I get eyebrows and lashes waxed and tinted, and for special occasions a spray tan. Sharon is a perfectionist who takes great pride in her work. She is completely reliable, trustworthy and gas a fantastic way with her clients. I've been coming here on and off for about 5 years. Every time I go I'm expecting it to be better than the last time. There's also something that seems to go wrong before I walk out the door. My mom quit coming here because they never get all the cotton off before they put polish on. They are ALWAYS rushing even if there's no one else but you in the salon. I went in today just to get my fingers and toes painted. First he filed and buffed my nails. He pulled out the polish and was about to put it on and I said "Wait, can I was all the dust off my hands?" And he said "That takes too long." He pulled the alcohol and a cotton ball out and said "This is much faster." Really? It takes a minute for someone to wash that stuff off their hands. Luckily my fingers ended up looking decent, my toes on the other hand... Horrendous. He glopped on the polish so it ended up smudging when I tried to put my sandals on (mind you he was too busy with someone else to help me put my shoes on) he then acted completely put off by having to re-paint my one toe.
