They are under new management and do a super job. Disregard old reviews and give them a try. You will be very satisfied.

No matter how desperate you are don't go here. Upon entering the nail tech was sound asleep on the couch. That should of been a sign for me to leave but I didn't. I ask for a full set of nails. ...
No matter how desperate you are don't go here. Upon entering the nail tech was sound asleep on the couch. That should of been a sign for me to leave but I didn't. I ask for a full set of nails. After having her push and shove my hand around rudely I almost left. Once again....giving her the benefit of the doubt. She then applied dark pink all over my nail. So now my white tips were pink. I kept thinking I am sure she is going to go back over it with white powder? Nope. When she pulled out the top coat I ask her why my tips were pink. She said you should of said PINK AND WHITE ??? I then politely ask what I owed before she went any further. PAID $30 and walked out with uncompleted nails. Went down the road and had the nail place by buffalo wings fix my nails. I recommend going here. They were nice and friendly. Went out of their way to make my nails right. Turned out to be an expensive set if nails........since I paid twice to get my nails done. DONT GO HERE!!!

The first time I came here I had a good experience but today I received horrible customer service. Went in to see about getting a full set and as I walked in I was greeted by a women who just said "hello what do you want?". I told her what I wanted and all she says is "I don't have time bye" and just goes back to what she was doing. Didn't ask if I would like to come back or make an appointment. I was honestly shocked because I work in customer service and I would never treat a customer that way. Definitely won't be back. Went to Nails Deluxe down the street next to Price Chopper and I was extremely pleased with them.

Slow service, tech kept leaving my nail service to service a pedi client, then back, not sure if she washed her hands, not impressed.Kind of a saucy attitude, not very friendly, never smiled. The 'hot stone' pedi is not much to me really, took away from the normal massage I'm used to. Won't got back for a fill, full set one nail broke immediately, very thinly done.

My daughter went here to get her nails done because the had a special. She left before they were done because the lady was hurting her so bad. Her thumb was even bleeding. Then they charged her more than the special even though she should have also got a student discount. The lady said that the discount a in there. Now my daughter has unfinished nails, glue all over her fingers, a blessing thumb, several other cuts on her fingers, and no money to get them redone. Do not go to this place!

The first time I came here I had a good experience but today I received horrible customer service. Went in to see about getting a full set and as I walked in I was greeted by a women who just said "hello what do you want?". My daughter went here to get her nails done because the had a special. She left before they were done because the lady was hurting her so bad. Her thumb was even bleeding. Then they charged her more than the special even though she should have also got a student discount. The lady said that the discount a in there.
