So reasonably priced, plenty of people working to accommodate walk ins, and made sure that you were happy with the service before you leave. What more can you ask for! The decor is adorable and doesn't look like you're in a cheap salon and from what I see they have some very skilled people working. They offer drinks and while I was in the manager was helping and making sure all the nail techs had what they needed and connected the clients with technicians. The only thing I'd like to see is an easily navigated website and online booking system so it would be nice to be prepared for how busy it'll be in the store. This place came highly recommended by a few friends. The first time I went in I had a pretty good pedicure and a really cute design. Today when I went in I had a horrible pedicure the girl did not even take care of my cuticles. I asked for plain white flowers on my big toe and she went completely overboard adding two additional colors and I did not notice you was doing that. It's ugly.  She barely exfoliated my feet. The water was cool. Eric did my powder dip and I'm sitting in the parking lot looking at it and I'm really not happy at all.  The color is  all uneven and blotchy. It's also not smooth,  it's sandy feeling and rough to the touch. They only do two dips for powder dip and it's really thin, you can see through the hot pink color in parts of my nails.  My nails usually last 3 and 1/2 weeks with powder dip,  I'll be surprised if they last two. I feel like I just wasted $70 and I won't be back.  When I was leaving the tip I really didn't want to give Eric any tip,  i just wanted out of there, but when I handed my pedicure girl a tip she stared at me for about 10 seconds then turned around and yelled across the room to Eric and I knew that she was talking about me. He yelled back and then she said aren't you going to leave something for Eric? I should have said no. Read Less

Agree with the previous reviews that this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I went to the Port Melbourne salon on Thursday 29th of June and I now have a chunk missing from my heel after a poorly done pedicure, I was bleeding all day (I have the pictures to prove this) and I am still in pain every time I walk. Not only that but I developed Athlete's Foot after my visit. So not only are they capable of butchering your feet, they also do not keep a clean salon. I will never go to a Tips & Toes ever again, and strongly advise against anyone else doing so. Read Less

I came here last Tuesday and was very unsatisfied with my color change I got! Jason , the owner, contacted me and profusely apologized. He told me to come back in and get them redone. I did this am. Very disappointed. I have been coming here for over a year and with in the last week I have had awful experiences. The woman who did my dip manicure looked confused the whole time and kept cutting my cuticles with the nail file. I have scabs and cuticles hanging on my nails. I also had to go home and file them myself because the shape was inconsistent and the edges were rough. I ran out of time to do a pedicure so decided to come back today to get it done. I was ignored for about 10 mins when I first came in. it took them another 10 mins to vet me back to a chair and then my water was cold, no bath salts and ignored for another 20 mins before I asked for a towel to dry my own feet. I understand that I have to wait for a technician to finish another client, but no one even spoke to me, they just walked by like I wasn't there. Not even an offer for a drink or an acknowledgement of my presence. Sad that I have to find somewhere else to go. Not how I wanted to prepare for my upcoming honeymoon.Read Less

I called ahead to make sure they could do a lace nail design, describing what I wanted. The guy on the phone said: yeah, of course we can do that. I show up to my appointment, and the women all say they don't know how to do it, and it's a sticker, not an actual hand-drawn design. The salon in the city that I used to go to can do this by hand as well as the local artist who posted the picture that inspired me. I get not everyone can do it, but why tell me you can if you can't, and why try to deny that it's hand drawn? I guess I'll have to drive further out to get what I want. Read Less

The technicians did a great job on my nails but weren't very friendly, just talked amongst themselves and pretty much acted like my friend and I couldn't hear them. The service was priced higher than my usual salon, but I assume it's due to the "complimentary" wine. Would go back when they're running a special. Doesn't even deserve a one star. Had to cancel an appointment just there, and I was asked whether or not I wanted to reschedule. I politely declined as I'm pretty booked out the next week. Lady just hung up on me and didn't even confirm my cancellation. What an absolute disgrace. I can see why this place has bad reviews now. Read Less

Great nail salon. You get what you pay for. They take the time to make sure their equipment is sterilized before each use, and their work is top quality. I would call for an appointment during busy times such as homecoming, prom, holidays, etc but they are more than willing to accommodate walk in customers as well.Read Less

This place really is amazing! Always a great job on my nails, friendly and relaxing environment. This morning I rushed in with a broken nail emergency and they fixed it beautifully and quickly, and didn't charge me for the fix even though I would have paid a premium. I love this nail salon so much and for those of you that are acrylic lovers such as myself will too! Unfortunately living in Missouri really limits you to having the best nail experience... but SParadise is amazing, they really know what they are doing. My acrylics turned out exactly like the picture I showed them. If you are anything like me you go based off of pictures and not reviews, I'll post a picture of my nails they are wonderful and glossy! I can't stop staring at them. I forgot to take down the name of the young man who did them but he was polite and was very concentrated. It's an amazing nail salon and it's not too expensive either! Hadn't been to this tips and toes in a while as I no longer work in the area but stopped by for a shellac mani and pedi last Friday before heading interstate. When I took my shoes off a few hours later I noticed the polish had come off on both big toes.....Now I've had shellac on all my nails for more than 3yrs and NEVER before has this happened. I called the salon the following day to report and was kindly told to return as soon as I could and they would fix the problem, now... the lady on the phone wasn't very apologetic but I hoped this was just because she was busy. I returned today to fix my toes and was quickly attended to, after checking several times that it would be ok I put my socks and shoes back on and left. I returned home a couple of hours later, removed my shoes and again found the polish had not set correctly. Although it hadn't lifted this time it hadn't set and I can easily push the polish around. I'd be ok with this if I'd been to a cheap salon but I paid $100 and expect much better from a business that has several outlets around the city. Not impressed ladies and no I won't be back.
