My gel nails were atrocious were done Rose's Nail Salon I believe by Cindy who spent the whole 20-25minutes. Doing my nails asking on her Bluetooth While I came in late at 7pm I called first and they encouraged me to come on in. She did not shape my nails the faux nails didn’t go to my cuticle she did, she didn’t even measure my nails the were crooked 10 different lengths and sharp! I went back a day later but they were busy and asked me to comeback later it was. I returned ...and they were already closed. Went back the next day they were closed but it was Sunday. Today I went after work and they refused a refund! She stated she did her best because I have small nails and fingers. I told her my 8’year olds look great. I informed her if she didn’t think she was capable she should have turned me away. . The nails were removed but will never ever return here. $$ down the drain! I wish I could share a picture of these disastrous nails. Before my complaint I confirmed with at least 30 people (without leading them) that they were in fact a horrible job and I was instructed to get my money back! Best nail job I have ever received. The ladies all speak clear english so you can communicate easily what you want. My nails looked amazing, so smooth, lasted over 3 weeks, and no hidden cost, and its affordable. Only $45 for a full set of powder dipped tips. It was great! Definitely recommend them to everyone. I have been going to Rose's forever! These women are amazing. They are always meticulous, are one of the only nail shops that are consistently on point and it doesn't take all day for a mani-pedi! They do get pretty busy depending on the day but, are always accommodating and sweet. Read Less

I have been to quite a few different places. Thought I would try this place. OMG, it was the best pedicure I have ever gotten! They really take good care of you! Ok so Lee was amazinggg! Got a mani and pedi, I didnt get the gentleman's name but he was awesome as well. They're very nice and welcoming. My nails came out so great, cuticles on fleeeek ;) seriously the best manicure I've gotten in a whiiile. Clean and calm! Read Less

Best nail place ever for full sets. Mine last 3-4 weeks when I get them done here. Usually only last 2 before one breaks or the paint starts to chip. Love all the ladies here. They always remember me and my mother. They have some new ppl recently that are kinda slow, but it is totally worth it for the quality u get! Read Less

I have honestly never found another nail salon who's product and service compare to Roses, I've been going there for years, they never forget a face, make you feel special and it's absolutely worth the experience. Family owned business. They are all super nice and try their hardest to make sure you're happy. They just recently redid the interior and it looks amazing.I go in at least once a month and get the powder dip for my nails. It lasts longer than a regular manicure and makes your nails stronger than typical shellac/gel too.They take walk-ins but if you're trying to go after 4pm or on the weekend, be prepared to wait. My original 5 star review: I recently went to Rose's for a mani and pedi. The salon was clean and beautiful, and the employees courteous and quick to speak to me when I arrived. My pedi was ok. The polish was a little thin in parts, and so it didn't hold up as well as most pedis I have had in the past. But, the pedicurist took his time and seemed to be thorough, so maybe it was just the polish I picked out. Normally, I don't care for foot massages much, but this one was fantastic! Just the right amount of pressure and I look forward to the next one.My manicurist (Katie, I think was her name) was awesome. She was friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her while she worked on my nails. She did a lovely French manicure for me. It has been 1 1/2 weeks since I was there, and my nails still look good. I can have my own nice nails for a few days and then all of a sudden I look down and wondered what happened.  I had not done fake nails since High School so I was a bit worried getting them done again, would they damage my nails, etc.  But they don't at Rose'sQuality: My nails (fake) have always been great since I have gone to Rose's.  I always get gel polish and will never have anything else.  I need a fill before I would ever need a polish change.  Also, I had gel on my toes and I lost track of the months it lasted.Atmosphere: Standard nail salon. TV, beverages, happy clients and staff.Staff: Very friendly.  They feel like extended family.  Always greeting so many people by name coming in.  Good conversation while getting your nails done and it is refreshing when they remember everything the next time they see you.  It is nice to come in, relax and catch up.  It does not feel like a chore or errand.Recommendations:  Make an appointment.  Since this is such a great place there are a lot of people coming in.  But if you have time, come in relax and enjoy and order food from a few doors down, very yummy. The salon is very clean and the employees seem friendly. But I won't be going back. It was very disappointing especially when my friend bragged about this salon for weeks prior to me going. I went in for a pedicure, pedicure was very short, not all of the basics were done. Water was cold. Not very relaxing at all. Not to mention the polish must of been old or a cheap top coat was applied, my pedicure lasted two days before it chipped off all together. This place is clean, so there's that. My pedicure lasted about 10 minutes from the time my feet got in the water until she was done painting my nails. I guess she was in a hurry to get back to her lunch or something, my sister's pedicure was nearly 30 minutes. My sister and I were the only ones there, so it was nice and quiet. This is your typical walk in nail salon. The people are very friendly and efficient. I went here the first time I came here it was just me and one other person. If you come when there are several people you may wait with your feet in the water for a while but that doesn't bother me bc I just read my book. I always get French pedi so I'm not sure about the choices of colors. I'm going to go back to try the UV nail treatment the lady told me about to make my nails stronger. There were no Yelp reviews for nail salons around me so I turned to Google to see where I should go.  Google had great reviews on Rose's so I thought I'd check it out.I got there around 12 on a Saturday afternoon.  There were maybe 3-4 other customers there along with just 3 nail techs.  I walked right in and they asked, "How can I help you?" I wanted a manicure and pedicure.  Without waiting a minute, they got me to a spot.  I was very pleased.  However, as I was getting my pedicure, several more people walked in and had to wait a little while.  The nail techs were great - very nice, friendly, and out going.  They were able to keep up with all the customers coming and going while doing a great job on my nails and what appeared to be everyone else's nails.Rose's is located in the strip mall with Bread Co., Christain bookstore, and many other shops.  The salon was clean and organized.  It only cost me $33 for both manicure and pedicure.  I thought it was reasonably priced.  My only complaint would be I wish it had more polishes to choose from.  But with that being said, I loved how my nails turned out and the color.  I will be returning there in the future for another manicure and pedicure.
