Worst customer service ever!!!!i will never go here again!! I asked even before i sat down if i could get a particular style they lied and said yes. I was very disappointed with my nails and told the nail technician that i did not like it she had an attitude the WHOLE time that she was doing my nails. I am just leaving, this is my second time back in one week. I get the dipped nails and they always do a great job.This time they were done by a MEGAN. Do not let her do your nails, she does a horrible job and has an attitude when you come back for her to fix. The first time I came back I had dents, because they were not dry when she got done with me, this time (less than a week mind you) I now have two cracked nails and she refused to fix them saying it was not her fault. I have been coming here for several years and now will have to find a different nail salon, because of one employees sloppiness and unconcern. I feel I always tip well and would like a good job done. Lovely nail salon in West County! I was very pleased with the prices, services and amenities. Parking is also very easy and plentiful. Prices were $15 for regular mani, $25 for regular pedi and $37 for combo mani-pedi. I opted for the $25 regular pedi. The salon is very clean and tastefully decorated. I did bring my own polish (currently obsessed with OPI Infinite Shine) but I did notice they had a range of colors on the wall. I went midday on a weekday and there were an regular flow of 6-8 customers inside the salon. Most of the other clients were doing gel manis and seemed to be regulars so I think that's a good sign! My pedi was done very well. My technician was a male, and he was careful to trim, shape, and buff. The mini massage with the lotion was also great. The massage chairs were in great shape and were very comfortable as well. I'm also SUPER glad that none of the technicians pressure you to upgrade to any of their luxe options, all they do is simply ask at the beginning to select your service on a laminated card that explains the difference between regular, deluxe etc. I really appreciate that the technicians respect what the client wants. The only negative was that the chemical odors at this salon seemed to be stronger than at others that I have visited. I'm not sure if the ventilation was very effective that day and it was just a bit distracting. I don't mind a mild polish smell (after all, it's a nail salon); however, for some reason, it seemed particular strong that day, so I'd just caution anyone if they are extremely sensitive to that. My second time at this place and confirmed to be my last. I’m all about good customer service, especially if I’m coming to you for your “professional” work and paying you for it. I didn’t have an appt, but went in for a full-set. I requested the regular French manicure. The lady recommended I get the solar “nail” because it looked better and lasted longer. I told her I didn’t want it, if I did I would have requested it. Anyhow, she tried to handle me by moving my hand and arm... and saying I needed to relax so she could do my nail (singular). I kept my mouth shut unless it happened again. So she finished and asked me to pay before she proceeded to put the white polish on my tips. I gave her $40 which paid for the nails and a $10 tip. Not once did she say thank you. Once she finished she just put my Hands towards the fan and got up. Well, I went to the guy at the counter and told him I needed my tip back because his worker was rude. This was my first time coming here and I absolutely loved it! The people were so sweet and helped me pick out the perfect color. I chose the acrylic manicure which cost $25 which is super cheap for the great quality. Mike did my nails and he shaped them into the perfect coffin shape. He is amazing at his job. Came to get my nails done because I hated what another nail salon did to my nails. Asked for Vanessa and I made a very good choice, even though most of the nail techs were equally talented. Vanessa removed the ugly, large, thick, crooked nails and replaced them with tje most beautiful nails I've ever had! Thanks to you guys, I got an ingrown toenail from improper cutting. I noticed the lady was taking extra time on my toe because it was bleeding pretty bad from how she cut it. It was done so poorly, so I came to pure  nails to redo it on the same day.Mike came to the rescue and re-did it for me. He did it so perfectly just as I wanted. Not a good experience.  The girl who gave pedicure was very rough & cut a small chunk out of the corner of my big toe.  Bled a little & has been painful all afternoon & evening.  Put peroxide on it a couple of times so hopefully won't get infected. Read Less

So I hate to give bad reviews - but I need to for this one.   I have to image that it was just my experience yesterday - since it looks as if others continue to get their nails done here.   While I was there  - a few women came in that seem to know the staff by name.    The price was good - and they are open on Sundays.    Both of those a plus.   So here's my beef with the place.   The girl working on me seem to be very preoccupied with everything but me.   The polish was actually watered down - when I got home I had to put two coats of top coats on the nails.   I noticed half way through my manicure that she put the cuticle cutter she used on me in a bin with her other tools - which she had pulled from to work on me.   Ewwwww.   Sadly - I won't go back I do hope they read these comments and address the issue with reusing the nail tools and grow out all empty polish bottles. Firts, I thought it was going to be a good place to have a pedi that will last( since my friend had hers in April 16 and stilled look good by June), but unfortunatly that was not my case. After paying $35 + $5 tip pedi, two days later I had 2 toes chip, then by Saturday the Thum was chiped too. I went there to get it fix,but since it was not gel, I had to pay $5 to fix it. Well, I can actually do a regular pedi at home and last at least for 2 weeks for free. I am very dissapointed and will not be recommending Elite Spa Nails or going back there.Read Less

I had to change nail salons because I moved. I was really bummed out because I loved my old place. I decided to try the closest to my home. I have been satisfied with the service I have gotten.This is walk in only. But if you call and ask for a specific person, they will let you know what time to come in.I usually go to Cindy (Thanks to you yelpers, who highly recommended her). I call ahead and I get in when they tell me too. Cindy does a good job. Both Lynn and Mike worked on me this afternoon and I love my nails! The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 was because I asked for round nails and I got square but its okay because the square looks great with what I got too!! Still cute and very clean. I have been wearing acrylic nails off and on for many years. This is the only place I have went to that within a week 5 out of 10 new nails broke off at the tip. Oh and the set was put on my the owner. I wonder if they are trying to scale back on cost by using less acrylic product. I also noticed their nail polish wears poorly (even though they claim they use good products). Maybe they are thinning out the polish too. What a shame. This salon is close to my house but not worth the cost when you have to get several nails repaired before you even need a fill. There are way too many salons in the area to tolerate poor quality like this. Read Less
