My wife comes here all of the time to get her eyebrows threaded and her nails done. I’ve been along a few times and they are always super friendly, even when we bring our little daughter along. Let me start with -- I get my nails done all the time and they normally last me 4-5 weeks. I went to the Allure Nail Bar on Tues, 3/13. I paid $50 for a full gel set, $20 for gel on toes and gave a $10 tip. Thurs, 3/15 a nail came off. It came off very easy and didn't hurt at all.... Fri, 3/16 I went back to Allure and they gave me a new nail, but not before trying to tell me I was too rough with my nails. (Not the case at all) Sat, 3/17 Another nail came off very easily and didn't hurt at all. Monday, 3/18, Another nail just came off very easily and didn't hurt at all. So now, I am literally pulling the nails off with my teeth. Which are coming off with no effort at all. They are coming off like they are press ons from the grocery store. I had a gel manicure 3 weeks ago. I continue to think about how pleased I was with the quality and service.  When I arrived I was greeted by Christina. I got my nails done today, and it was the greatest experience I've ever had with getting my nails (acrylics) done. They work very gently, and get the job well done. I love how much time and effort was put into the nails itself. Eric did my nails and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He made sure all of the nails matched in length and color until they were perfect. It made me feel great because I knew I would not be disappointed. I went to go get my nails done, waited over 3 hours.. they tried to make it better by polishing my toes.. Whoever she was filed my toe nails crooked and the polished chipped days later. But one of the men suggested me to get this new type of dipping powder so I tried it and here I am a week later with 4 nails missing while the others have cracks in them & he said they won’t fix it.. HORRIBLE. My mom gets dipping powder on her real nails and all her real nails have broken also.. I WON’T BE BACK EVER AGAIN! Read Less

This was my first time here, Came to get my nails done for my birthday the man asked what shape I told him square but I wanted them sharp no curves by the time I looked down at my nails I had a square oval nail completely horrible. Today was my 1st visit.....I absolutely loved it. It's so nice to go to a nail salon & find that they actually wanted to make sure that I was happy. Tom greeted me with a smile, he listened when I explained what I wanted & assured me I would be pleased. He introduced me to Sam & the rest is history. I enjoyed getting my nails done without being moved to another station to have someone else finish what was started. Sam is such a wonderful person to work with & my nails are beautiful. I will not have to worry about being rushed, being told we don't have that color, waiting 30 minutes after my appointment to be told....let me check to see what's taking so long & ask would I like to rescheduled.... I've finally found the best nail salon in the metroplex after 15 years. I've been to Allure 3 times since they opened in the last month and I will continue to be a regular. Their service is impeccable and every technician is wonderful. It is all about the experience. The music playlist Tom put together is amazing and unlike every other salon with their monotonous classical music. (p.s. I need the playlist) My entire family looks forward to our next visit. I wasn't completely happy the first time I went and when I went today to fix them, they went above and beyond! Sam did my nails exactly how I wanted them free of charge! Tom was very accommodating and checked up on me as well as offered me a drink as soon as I sat down. Their customer service was 100%! I came to Nail Gallery because of how close it was to my home and because of the amazing reviews. I was not disappointed! I got one of the most detailed, meticulous pedicures I've ever gotten. The ladies were all sweet and seemed to have regular customers. I liked the no frills atmosphere, and the foot massage was great too! This is my new go to Nail Gallery for nails...I have been to several places over the past year or so trying to find a good go to place...I went here because of their 4.5 star yelp status and decided to give it a shot...My only negative is that Nail Gallery is pretty small, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. My regular nail shop was closed on Sunday, so I thought I would give nail gallery a try. It started off fine...nicely greeted, ushered over to a high quality chair and the pedicure started. The nail tech painted my toes and while they were wet, she gave me a foot massage...carefully avoiding the toe area, my guess is that she was trying to ensure she would be done with me as soon as possible however she did smudge her own paint job and therefore had to correct her error. This did not bother me however I thought it was a bit strange. She thanked me and went on to explain that someone would get to my fill soon. I sat in the chair for almost an hour when a car pulled up with a full family of four walked in. The owner seemed to know them and I gathered it was family. They spoke in their native language to each other and the lady of the car walked over to me and had me go to a desk with her. I learned that she was family but was also a nail shop owner in ellisville mo and was there to have dinner with the owner of nail gallery. This woman was good and quick, once the fill was completed she turned me back over to the owner of nail gallery. I requested air brush in French. Four of my nails were complete when the air brush machine stopped working. I asked the nail gallery owner three times to please finish my nails by painting French free style.....she ignored my request for about 30 minutes. The other ellisville nail shop owner returned to the table and asked the lady to move...she went ahead and started taking off the air brush and painted my nails French free style. At this point the nail gallery owner had her five year old daughter playing at the shop and the daughter and cousins were growing more and more impatient for dinner. The five year old asked me if my pedicure had already been done. I told her yes but made the mistake of asking why she wondered. She responded in front of her mom and the nail gallery owner ( which is the same lady) because I'm sick of seeing your face because you are so ugly. The owner did not do anything. When the little girl had left the desk, I said to her aunt ( ellisville nail owner) I can't believe the owner did not do anything about that comment and furthermore this has also been hands down the worst experience. I was still given a bill and only issued and very standard ""sorry"". Three hours and $55.00 dollars I walked out and will never be back. Read Less
