She is rude to her nail techs and has a habit of belittling them in front of the customers. This makes it very awkward. She also does not have very good tact in resolving issues. They were doing a promotion where if you come in "X" amount of times, the next time was half off. Despite having a card, that bore HER INITIALS, in her handwriting she didn't want to honor her promotion. The people that work here are great, and they genuinely take pride in the work that they do. I've gone here three times now, all with the same experience both during salon time and after leaving. The first time I showed up an hour before close, asking for a Mani pedi with powder dip nails. It was clear the woman who was doing my nails did them in a way that some of the other employees didn't agree with but she made it work. I mean, the nails seemed to look okay at first. As the last fifteen minutes before close approached, what I could gather was the owner kept pacing back and forth and teasing her in front of me for keeping everyone past close ... This part I'm certain of because he was an older man speaking native English. It was also clear that she started rushing through my nails and looking at the clock. Not a good feeling when the dip powder is not cheap.To save some time, she put a gel top coat over my nails and had me put them in the blacklight dryer - which I really didn't want to do which was why I opted for the no bake powder.Two days later, as suspected, that clear gel top coat was bubbling and peeling off my nails. I returned and they fixed it.The next time I got my nails done was about two months after this experience, giving them benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately it was just as time consuming, as this time I got nail art on my ring fingers, and they placed the same gel top coat over my acrylic powder nails. Sure enough, two days later my ring finger art completely was destroyed due to the top peeling off and taking my extra ten dollars with it. Instead of returning I just considered it a lesson learned since it was very time consuming the first time and literally ain't nobody got time for that. Read Less

Unapologetically rude! The owner disciplined my son and made him cry. When I told him not to address my son directly and to talk to me if you didn't like his feet being on the chair he made it very clear to me that I was irrelevant. He said "there are hundreds of customers that I can have in here" he was unwilling to apologize for insulting my son and made it clear that my repeat business over the last year was un-important and irrelevant. He clearly was uncomfortable with a woman expressing herself in opposition to him. I refuse to be insulted at a place where I am the customer. I will never go again and I intend to express my discontent loudly and in as many places as I can find. Do not go here unless you are willing to be insulted to your face. Ridiculous! Read Less

THEE BEST nail salon I have encountered in my lifetime. Seriously! I love my tech Jennifer. She has a very sweet personality and takes her time when doing my nails. The ambiance of the place is breathtaking and the owners are truly accommodating and consistent. I have been getting my nails done for a very long time. I decided to try this place out since there are so many great reviews. And I am very happy with my visit today. My nails look beautiful although they a little different then I wanted them. I got the powder dip!! They are suppose too last longer then acrylics or at least 2 weeks. I told them what I wanted but maybe I didn't explain myself as well as I should have. I now have too see how long my nails will hold up. If they hold up for at least 2 weeks or a little more I might go back but since the cost is a little higher than most nail salons I can not go back if they don't hold out that long. Bc of money. I've been there 4 times to get Dip Powder Nails. This place is so worth my 20/25 min drive. They offer you wine, soda, water and or tea during your visit. They are appointment only and you will NOT HAVE TO WAIT. YOU'LL GET SEEN RIGHT AWAY when you arrive for your appointment. They also have TONS of regular polish, gel polish and dip powder nail colors. Very relaxing and SUPER good attention to detail. They got my nails the perfect length/shape and had a wide variety of colors to choose from. They also offer powder dip in addition to regular polish and gel which is great because a lot of salons don't offer that. They also do rewards so every 6th manicure you get 50% off so they definitely keep you coming back (: They speak minimal-no Vietnamese in front of guests so the environment is very open and comfortable. I had never had a manicure before I went to Bello. There are many nail salons to choose from and I am so glad I chose Bello! Kathy and Jennifer have both done my nails and both did a great job and are very friendly, yet professional. Best nail salon/spa in the area. I drive from Foristell/Wentzville area. They are a little more expensive and you will spend a little longer here, but it's because they really take their time, give you the best service, and do a fantastic job. They open a sterile set of tools, in front of you, every time you get your nails done. It is the cleanest place and best customer service I've experienced. I always leave happy. In entirety, this place is AMAZING. Since I walked through their doors, I refuse to go anywhere else. While some are more reserved, they are all very personable. Jennifer, hands down, is the ABSOLUTE BEST nail technical I have ever encountered. She is very kind, considerate, gentle as she maneuvers my hands (some people are very rough), and has a great attention to detail. While they are all kind, I will ONLY go to her. Where do I start? The atmosphere here is amazing,  clean, relaxing, bright and welcoming. I got a pink and white fill-in by Jeremy and it was perfect.  It's so hard to travel and get a decent pink and white fill done, and he did a phenomenal job. He took his time, was thorough, gave me an arm and hand massage. The pedicure was probably the best I have ever had. I splurged and got the top one and it was worth it. Perfect experience. I called during lunch to make an appointment for the same evening and was easily accommodated. I didn't have to wait when I arrived. The color selection and quality of the polish and gel dips is jaw dropping. Actually, all of the products they used for my manicure and pedicure are quality products, with an eye toward natural products and avoidance of synthetic chemicals (including 3-Free and 5-Free products). It.was.heaven!!!!! I had a great experience, in fact I've had several. Lina and Jenny (and another woman but I forgot her name) have all done my feet through several visits.
