I would like to say I like this place. I had a horrible experience . Here is my story.When sitting in the pedicure chair I was asked  by the male nail tech if I had a desk job. I asked why. He said "because my legs were fat like clouds" I felt trapped. I couldnt move. Then when he was doing my gel nails (my eyes brimming with tears) i was asked what was wrong by a neighboring tech. I explained and he was removed. The female owner took over the work on my fingers. Three days passed and two fingers were lifting.  I returned to have repaired. Mind you I didn't ever want to return, but i paid good money. I was going to have it corrected. Same lady owner approached me. I told her (very politely) what was wrong. She motioned for me to sit. The first time i went to Bingo nails i received a mediocre mani/pedi..... I thought i would give them a second chance.....BIG mistake . Today i had my nails done only....the manicurist insisted on using polish that was too old and thick... i told him twice it was old polish and he should throw it out....instead he thinned it down and said it would be fine.... well it wasnt ....it never dried properly because of the thickness of it....so consequently my nails now look like the were drug alomg the gravel road.... I will NEVER return to Bimgo nails ...horrible job and dirty tables.... My money will.go.elsewhere ! Read Less

Every time I go I make an appointment with Lynn but they always over book and I end up getting stuck with a guy who doesn't know what they are doing! They don't know how to apply acrylic or file a straight line! I always walk out with bumpy, uneven nails. I will never go back! Read Less

I just moved out to Arnold, I needed my nails redid and got on Yelp and looked up some nail locations in the area and Bingo Nails popped up and seemed to have a good rating. I thought what the heck, I'm going to give them a try, since I wasn't too happy with my last nail job, trying a new place seemed like the best idea. I came on a Friday night about 7 p.m. And I didn't have a problem getting a chair A man started on my nails and I didn't get his name but he did an excellent job, he even fixed the bad shaping that the last nail place did. I really liked the Polish that they used they have these two pack kits that included a gel polish and a regular polish that was the exact same color. I think that was pretty cool because most places have a problem finding a regular polish to match the gel polish. And the Polish was really good quality it almost looks as if it was gel polish. The guy only took about 45 minutes to do the whole process and it only cost me $15 so I was beyond pleased with my nail job the reason I gave it 4 stars was because I came back the next day for a pedicure and I chose the deluxe pedicure which cost $25 and I felt like the lady just didn't give the attention that my feet needed as far as really paying attention to the sides of the big toe, getting in there and clip-in all that skin out and getting all that gunk out, or scrubbing the bottoms of my feet with a pumice stone very well. I did leave with my heels still cracked and feet not baby smooth like they should be, after a pedicure. Her paint job was great though. I did notice the guy who did my nails the night before was giving another lady a pedicure next to me and I really liked how he was doing hers, I felt like he paid a lot of attention to those areas. So next time I'll just request him for my pedicure but overall I definitely will return to get my nails filled in I think the prices are great and the quality is there Read Less

I read the reviews and they were positive...so I thought I'd give them a try. I wish I'd had requested Tony to do my nails. They are botched up. One finger is cut (yes bleeding), I have nail polish smeared on multiple nails and toes, and the art work is sloppy. I'm sad this didn't turn out better. :( Read Less

Absolute best customer service of any nail salon! The staff is amazing and can put a smile on anyone's face! All I do is laugh while I am there. The prices are right on the money. And last but not least....they have a huge selection of services to offer from manicures and pedicures to eyebrow waxing and facials and bikini waxing and much more.
