My friend and myself arrived at Bingo nails at 12:30. Yes, they were busy so I didn’t mind the wait. 4 other ladies walked in after me and signed in. 15 minutes go by and the other ladies that walked in after me got taken care of first to start off. I said something to them and they got us with a tech as soon I brought it up. We came in to get ombré dip powder nails and the lady we were with was the only one that did that. We knew we would be there awhile, that was fine. Once my friend got done, she asked how much it would be and our tech said only $20 today because we waited so long and had been patient. 3 hours later.... our nails were finally done. Great! Then once we both went to pay (after she told us $20 is what my friend and I would pay) she charged my friend $50 and myself $40!!!!!!! No wonder she wouldn’t take our cards after she told us the price. I have been going to Bingo Nails since high school and know the owner. The only reason I don’t give it a 1 star rating is because i know Lyn wouldn’t have allowed this. I cannot believe this happened. We got lied to and screwed for our money. It would have been different if she didn’t lie and then get defensive when we called her out on it, but it is what it is. We will NEVER go back.

Beware I had to go to the ER I got staph infection in my finger from a cut after getting my nails done here missed 2 days of work and was on very strong antibiotics-not worth it!!

We felt very rushed. My moms gel nails are so bad that she will have to have them redone in Florida. We were very disappointed as we paid a pretty penny to have our nails done before a beach wedding...

I have zero concern with the cleanliness of the facility. They have plastic wrap covering the pedicure basins, which I have never seen but thought was nice. I was with a friend, and her pedicure was basically complete before someone started on mine. The pedi package I got was nice, but the technician cut the corners of my toenails off at a weird angle then ripped out what she said were "ingrown" nails. I don't have ingrown nails. When she trimmed my nails, she did one cut straight across, making the nails look like trapezoids or gemstone shapes with sharp corners in the middle of the nail. So weird... I trimmed the sharp edges off when I got home. And now my toes hurt where she ripped out the "ingrown" nails. My friend's tech (Lucy) seemed to do a good job, though.

I've been looking for my go to nail salon and decided to give AA Nails a shot. I was a walk in appointment and waited for just a few moments and then Wendy was finished with her client so she brought me to her chair. She got her tools out of the sterilizer which I was very pleased to see, she proceeded to begin my manicure and was doing a great job until she started to cut my cuticles. She accidentally missed my cuticle on one finger and it began bleeding quite heavily (which I was not upset about accidents happen) but she then grabbed a bottle of anti bleeding gel and put the USED bottle directly on my cut several times and I could not help but think "how many other bleeding people have had this same bottle on their wound." I was absolutely disgusted by this and for this reason alone I will not go to this salon again.

I have FINALLY found a salon!!! This place is awesome. I called last minute to get an appointment before going out of town and had never been here before. I've had my nails done on and off (more on) for 20 years. AA Nails is clean, friendly, and quick. Yvonne was amazing and I didn't have to sit in silence as she was genuinely interested in the conversation. I will continue to come here. This is a hidden gem and I even thought twice about sharing. Go, you will NOT be disappointed!

Le and her Staff at AA are top notch and offer a variety of services, even at a moment's notice. They truly care about their customers and bend over backwards to make it right. Really enjoyed my experience at this salon. I had multiple services mani pedi and full set of acrylics done for my wedding. The acrylics looked great and lasted a long time (about 4 weeks without a fill) and I received many compliments on them! Will be using again for my next event.

My friend and myself arrived at Bingo nails at 12:30. Yes, they were busy so I didn’t mind the wait. 4 other ladies walked in after me and signed in. 15 minutes go by and the other ladies that walked in after me got taken care of first to start off.
