Worst place I have ever been to. Not only are the people rude but the young guy jacked my nails all up and refused to fix them. They were literally pointing towards the ceiling and the other customers even agreed they wouldn't have wore the nails I paid almost $50 for. I left after being yelled at and talked horrible to. I can't recommend 5 star nails enough!! The gray nails were done by 5 stars not even 20 minutes later. Read Less

I visited Fancy* nails while out of town visiting family and needed a last minute fill and nail repair. When walking in there was no hello how are you doing today? Only pick a color. I then Asked for the gel colors and politely said thank you. Another male employee came over to start on my nails I then told him how I’d like them to be done. Thanking him throughout only to receive no response at all and all the while he was yanking my Hands throughout the entire process. Not sure if he was having a bad day or a prior customer rubbed him the wrong way but the job was mediocre, the acrylic thick, and the coffin shape just forget about it. I normally leave a tip even in the worst circumstances to avoid the “black people don’t tip stereotype” but seeing as though we’re coming into a new year i will No longer tip for a job horribly done but i will graciously leave a review for them to reference and for new customers to know the service they may be getting.
