When to this nail shop for a pedicure. I arrive at 2:31. She finished my pedicure at 2:56. I did not get to soak my feet. My total time was 25 minutes. 4 women were already getting the same service when I arrived but my pedicure was completed before theirs. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVE IN A NAIL SHOP. The nail industry is an EXTREMELY competitive market. It is not a unique skill and therefore MUST be coupled with excellent customer service. The techs only do OKAY work, they have their 16 year old son working there who I KNOW is not legally licensed, but most worst of all they have the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I went for a pedicure and my feet were rushed through along with my manicure with the technician telling me that he "knows what he's doing." There products are very cheap, I just got a gel manicure less than a week ago and my polish is already chipping. I will NEVER return! I will paint my own nails before I get caught at this place! WAS CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I CLEARLY DIDNT ASK FOR!!!! 😡😡😡 went in to get an overlay with acrylic because my nails are short and I never do gel nails and all the other fancy stuff! The man was very rude!! Smacking his lips and huffing while I'm trying to decide what length I want my real nails!! So he is rushing me to pick a color off the color wheel not letting me pick a color off the shelf! I thought that was odd!! I just assumed that they do it different since I was in MS and I'm from TN. So....after rushing me with his "breathing" I finally pick a color and he asked was I getting gel and I said NO!!!! 3 times!! That I was not prepared to pay 55.00!! Asked how much was the regular overlay and he said 23.00!! I TOLD HIM THAT IS WHAT I WANT!! He had an attitude after that so I'm guessing he found another way to get his extra money!! Meanwhile another lady is going off because she was over charged also and BAM it happen to me 10 minutes later!! He charged me 43.00!!!!! My nails are literally "snaps finger" this long!!" Come to find out he gave me shellac polish when I didn't ask for that!!! If I told you I want a regular overlay ONLY what make you think I wanted shellac! I didn't ask for it AT ALL!! And I don't really know the difference in polish since I rarely get my nails done! I'm so disappointed I could cry! They are getting over on everyone! I came with my daughter and another mom and her daughter and I wanted a full set and my daughters nails painted. The guy asked if I wanted gel polish for an extra $15. I said no thanks the regular polish was fine. Another guy came over and tried to hand me the gel colors and I said no thank you I didn't want it. From that point on they were so so so rude! He was jerking my arm across to him and hurt me with the drill and when I said ow! He said "you want too short" as in it was my fault he was hurting me. My nails were uneven and rushed and look awful. He then refused to paint my daughters nails and said another employee would do it and called someone else to his chair. My daughters feelings were very hurt because she didn't understand why he wouldn't paint hers. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back to this Establishment. Read Less

My experience there was pretty good. I got a Manicure and Pedicure and both turn out to my liking. My only problem is when I went to pay for my services, they did not tell me the price. I had to ask twice and the guy had like an attitude and told me the price as if i knew what it was already. But other than that it was pretty good. Read Less

I don't normally even review places but I had to here. I was looking for a place that opened before 12 on a Sunday, they weren't listed that way but I drove by and was in luck! Hence the two stars Bc the service wasn't that great. They acted as if they didn't understand what I was saying to them and they kept talking to one another very loudly in their native language. At one point, the lady doing my pedicure playfully smacked her coworker on the butt. The pedicure felt fine, but the polish she was using was pure trash. Now i consider myself a nail polish guru, and their options for brands wasn't that great. They had used Essie for sale and charged an additional dollar for OPI so you could only use that one brand in store. I didn't get any lotion put on my legs nor feet following the pedicure and my tech took about two 5 minute breaks while doing my pedicure. I planned on leaving in the pedicure shoes so i asked for the bill. She made me sit under the dryer waiting for her to be ready for my payment.  THEN she hovered over me while I was signing it. THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL !!!! The service is awful the quality is pathetic and the quantity ridiculous. I used to be a faithful customer but ever since Chyna left ( the only amazing nail tech there) they are just pitiful! I have SHORT nails and they started breaking off 3 days later. My friends and i traveled from Oxford to come here because i bragged so heavily on them . They embarrassed me and I’m disappointed!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went to this place several times giving them the benefit of the doubt. The last time I went was the last straw. The employees were very unprofessional and super unfriendly even though they know I'm a regular customer. My nails were shaped awfully and my pedicure was done in under 10 minutes. I have been going to this shop for almost 2 years and at first I liked them but lately they have been messing my nails up. A couple of times my gel nails chipped after a week and I went in a week ago and because it was Christmas weekend and they were busy they really rushed my nails. They are horrible, think it's time to change shops. It's one technician who is really good, people stay requesting her. She's never done my nails but I watch her and she takes her time but she has bad energy. She complains about being hungry and tired and asking people do they want her job like come on. Another lady tries to pressure ppl to get a pedicure because she's the pedi lady I guess. Anyways I'm not satisfied with my nails anymore, they don't have a lot of variety in their colors. I'm a regular here, and this time I am truly disappointed. I told them I wanted a trim and the cut my nails all the way down to my real nail. Then the stiletto shape literally made them look like a baby kitten. Then she soaked them off for free, but made me pay for a full set and charge me more than I usually pay for no reason. They're poorly done and my pinky nails are so un-even it's not even funny. She rushed to do my nails and act like it was the worst thing in the world when it was her fault. I went to this salon for the first time yesterday because they were the only one open until 7:30 near me. I was completely amazed. Two ladies were DRINKING & chasing their STRAIGHT WHISKEY with Coke. (with a "sh** that's strong" after) The same two ladies continuously cursed (in English) without reason as if it was professional & not a problem. The man who was doing my nails never asked what shape or length I wanted them, he just went at it! & the guy who was doing my nails & one woman who was drinking got in an argument!!!! The other woman who had been drinking said "take that sh** outside. no fight in here). One woman had to continue to tell the one lady to stop cursing & she never did. Just very unprofessional. this place is very unprofessional and they do not care any about customer service. i went to get a pedicure on a day where they were somewhat busy but nothing compared to how they usually are, and it was awful. the lady did my pedicure in under 10 minutes. she didn't scrub my feet, do my cuticles, and threw paint on it sloppily. once i went to complain to the owner, the SAME women just turned and laughed at me. i can understand somewhat hurrying when they are busy, but you still have to give good customer service. i do NOT recommend this place to anyone. This is one of the worst salons I've ever been to. I went there today to get my eyebrows waxed. I walked in and asked for a wax and the lady just pointed to the back and said "sit there". I go to the back to find a chair in a hallway next to the their break room. The waxer then comes up to me and attempts to put hot wax on my face without even asking what I wanted. Once I confirmed we were doing eyebrows and lip she didn't say another word. My eyebrows are HORRIBLE now. They are super thin and uneven. The entire time I was getting my eyebrows done people could look at me from their pedicure chairs or the ladies on break could gaze at me from their stools in the back. I've been here twice and after the first time I said I wouldn't go back but years later I thought I'd give it another try since it was my last option. And nope still the worst place yet. They guy double charged me and when k brought it up , it was never fixed. Just kept repeating himself. I have been here a few times and each time gets worse! Today there were only 2 of us getting pedicures and there wasn't anyone waiting, but they were still rushing as if 10 people were standing in line.  They kept talking very loud to each other in their language and it was not relaxing at all. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They are unprofessional and have people in there that have no clue how to give a proper manicure or pedicure. I went and got the gel polish on my nails and less than a week it started chipping. When I went back they said they would re polish my nails for an additional $15 on top of the $30 I originally paid for the polish. The lady that I spoke with was rude and kept telling me that my nails were not chipped but in fact my nails had grown...wrong. The salon is very small with minimal space, the place is not very clean. DO NOT get your shellac or manicures done here! They now use very cheap gel polish. And the owner will try to argue with you over it. They were great before changing ownership. And now they have added extra charges that come up randomly. Ask how much before, or you will pay $10-$15 more before its all done. Read Less

Terrible. Although the staff was friendly, I was terrified of catching staph the entire time. I sat down for a pedicure and watched her do the lady beside me and as soon as she was finished she scooted her bucket over to my chair and tried to start on my toes with the exact same tools. I have been in the shop and couple of times and had pedicures and manicures. The lady name Jackie does the best pedicure I ever had. I do not enjoy going there and do not feel comfortable now. There is a young man in there and he jumps up and down and talks on the cell phone all the time. I never see him work. I heard someone say he is making bets on the phone and he has tattoos all over. He scares me and I think he is in a gang. Sorry Miss Jackie, I can not go back again. I am very scared by the boy and will tell my friends not to go there also. I don't no why he is there. This is the most fabulous shop I have ever gone to. The people working here are super attentive. My experience was as if I had gone to an upscale spa. My pedicure was perfect and my nails were done very nicely. I had refreshments and the back massage was awesome. I really enjoyed this shop and I know that I will go back for more. Read Less

My mom and I just walked in and were quickly directed to the pedicure area. The spa chairs were awesome and we were treated like royalty. Our pedicure included refreshments and paraffin wax. It was a real treat and the ladies were so sweet. My mom and I will definitely be back again! Read Less
