I waited an hour for a sub par pedicure with no massage. I would’ve liked to have been informed of the wait before I was hurried into a chair. I told the technician twice that I wanted my mani and pedi to match and that I wanted acrylic dip on my hands. When it came time time for my hands I was told that they didn’t have the corresponding dip but she had a color that was similar. Well, I ended up with red toes and pink fingers. My nails on my left hand are all filed with a slant. My right thumb has a speed bump in the middle of it. The technician acknowledged the mistake when it happened but didn’t correct it. And to top it all off, the finish of my polish is hazy and speckled even though I chose a solid color (ie not a glitter/matte/crackled finish). Oh and no massage with the manicure either. When I went to go wash my hands, there were only 2 unsanitized nail brushes out for the all of the customers to use. Gross and illegal. The trip to the sink gave me an opportunity to view the wax area which was filthy. I am a salon professional and I would never perform a service in such an unsanitary setting. The one good thing I can say is that both technicians were nice and polite but in the end the service was not worth the price or the time. Read Less
