I will NEVER GO BACK! When I say rude! First and foremost I was there way before they closed. Then towards time to close, everyone running around like they crazy! That's when they want to rush on your nails! No ma'am not over here! The lady did a horrible job! Not to mention my nails were uneven and thick. No base was applied before getting shellac polish. Then I was told well we just try our best. You need to go back to school. DO NOT GO. i just left, and i literally got into an argument with one of the workers that understood English because she did NOT care for me as a person only a customer. She would not let me WASH MY HANDS. that is a HEALTH HAZARD. then, she put crooked nails on my hand. When i confronted her about them, they tried to play stupid with me and even Blame my natural nails. Typical nail salons do that to not take ownership or POOR SERVICE. the same nail tech that knew English stepped in and she was so rude. Talked down on me like a child. Horrible experience! I went on 10/9/17 and got a full set, regular polish. 1st the nail tech was more concerned with talking with her colleagues than addressing me as her customer. 2nd they upcharge for shaping and to cut your nails a certain length. 3rd two of my nail beds are bleeding because she cut them with the drill. And lastly, the acrylic is on my skin instead of forming the acrylic nails behind my nail bed. Besides the fact I didn’t want to pay to have her give me a coffin shape, the state she’s left them in was chunky and not smooth. Worst nail experience ever. Will not recommend. Read Less

Never will go back!!!! Took my daughter to get acrylic nails done for the first time and they did a rush job on her nails looked like a 5 year old child painted them and the shape was horrible. They really deserve no stars!!!!!! Read Less

Waste of time and money. Go to Envy nails like I should have done. I decided to go here because there was no wait and there is always an hour wait at Envy nails. Everyone here was very nice, especially the girl doing my nails, but she did a terrible job and was very careless. My nails are cut crooked and the polish was so poorly done I had to take it off when I got home. It was just due to carelessness and like I said, she was very nice, but I won't be going back.
