Felt rushed both times I was there and they weren't even busy. Worst dip, manicure and pedicure I have ever had! Neither included massage! The dip is rough, not smooth so it gets caught on my hair and things. I will NOT be back. I always give a salon 2 tries just in case I get someone bad, but both times? Yikes! I give them 2 stars because they did so a nice job just painting my 11 year olds nails and they do have a lot of dip colors to choose from, but that doesn't mean anything if the work is bad... Ok let's start me and my little sister waited 2 hours to get our nails and when they finally sat us down in a chair we waited another hour for them to start on our nails the technicians were very rough He didn't even help to take my belongings to the dryer I would not recommend anyone to go to Glossy Nails p.s. This was my first time to this nail shop and it will be my last! my daughter and I walked in on a Saturday afternoon with  no others waiting in the chairs up front, so we sit down only to be told pick out color and you can sit in these two chairs up front. so we sit and wait about 15 min and that turned into 45 before the owner walks over and says im so sorry I will be over there in 10 min. finally after 1hr and the owner says what do you want done I said shellac and manicure and she gets water for me to soak in and comes back after working on 2 other people. I was their  for over 2 hours and it will be my last. horrible service. Read Less

I will be calling the health department on this salon. First off, they rushed me to pick the color of my polish. I know picking a color is small thing to be peeved about, however they proceeded to make me wait in the pedicure chair for over an hour before the attendant got to my chair. Two other people who came in after me without appointments asking for pedicures were waited on before me. When the attendant finally got to me he proceeded to look at my feet and insult me in the shape they are in. He proceeded to take the cuticle clippers and painfully go to town on my feet. Then comes to the time for filing. He reaches in his drawer and gets out a USED file and starts on my feet, after I asked him to use a new one, he said he could not. I should have walked out right then. He buffs my feet with a used buffer and unclean razor. After my polish was on and the pedicure was over he points to the drying table. As I was getting out of the chair my foot bumped the tub and smudged my polish. This was a terrible experience and I will not be going back. Read Less
