I will NEVER go back. I was out of town and needed SNS. Needless to say, I am less than pleased with my outcome. $52 later, my nails are rough and chipped. It's been 24 hours. On top of that, the put pot holders on my hands. I am extremely disappointed and not sure how they are still in business. Save your money or go somewhere else. The level of service you get from the second you walk in the door to the moment you leave is phenomenal! Everyone is so welcoming and hospitable. They offer free soda, water, and hot beverages. My sister and I just started going here about 3 months ago. They greeted us as soon as we came in and asked what services we needed. They were friendly and polite to us. We've been back several times since then. Their work is great, and we always leave satisfied. I'm not sure what they did or said to others who cited bad customer service, but they have been very personable towards my sister and me. This is the only place I'll be going for my nail services. I've been going here for years, but the customer service has really gone downhill lately. The girl who did my pedicure didn't even speak when she sat down. Then she used the razor and took too much skin off of my feet. My feet have been sore and red for two weeks. I called and told them she needed more training or something, and they sent me a 30% off coupon for my next pedicure. I won't be needing that since my feet are raw and painful. Not cool. Read Less

Really disappointed. Brought in my 10 years old believing she could get beautiful nails with design, as shown on Facebook, but instead she left with a simple design on a polish that was rushed on and half of her nails were without polish after a dip in the pool 2 days after. Read Less

T-Luxe Nail Salon has become my ultimate favorite place to be pampered. It's so clean and inviting, and all of the employees are incredibly welcoming and kind. Never once did I feel rushed through the process of getting a manicure - they take time to ensure quality, and go out of their way to make you feel taken care of throughout the entire experience. If I could give this place half of a star, I would! I went in to get a pedicure. The customer service was horrible! After finally being seated, a guy comes over and tells me I can't talk on my phone and I can't be served until I end my conversation! It wasn't that I was talking loudly or anything! I never been here before and I know I will never ever return.AFTER WAITING 40 mins I was approached by a worker and she had me to read a sheet of paper that stated if you was over 250 lbs we will not be able to service me but we can do a manicure instead.I asked her when they start doing this and she told me they got new machines and when you over the max it damages their machine and the warranty doesn't cover it.I think that a sign stating weight capacity should be posted along side the no cellphone signs that were right at the door.That 40 mins was wasted at vip and went right around the corner to my usual and received the best treatment ever and their chairs are much nicer!! So if you wanna venture out plz do yourself a favor and pass right by vip.It is something way better out there. Read Less
