ONLY IN A BIND! Sparknotes: good for some $25 45 min Sunday afternoon acrylics if you don't mind bad customer service and for your nails not to be perfect. Long Version:I went with two of my friends to get acrylics and whoa was it bad. We walked in and got seated immediately which i thought was a good sign but it took 15 min for anyone to even look at me. once she started to do my nails I could not understand a word that she was saying because she was speaking so quietly under a mask and would not make any effort to speak louder. she glued the plastic tips on and cut them with children's safety scissors and she had nail glue on her gloves which in turn got all over my fingers but ultimately my nails aren't all the same shape. Not only that but whoever cut my friend's plastic tips cut them so wonky that another employee came up and said "oh god" and had to fix it. And they essentially had the employee with the least broken English come demand money from us after our acrylic was shaped and set. Read Less

This nail salon is horrible. Went in to treat my mom and decided to get a full set and it turned out hideous. The gel polish looked as if it was peeling like burned plastic. Asked them to remove the polish and the girl got mad and cut my finger with the filer. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Take your money elsewhere. Read Less

I travel all over and have used many places for shellac, but this is the first time I've ever had to get up and walk out due to poor service. I went for a shellac pedi and mani. Was seated immediately for a pedi and handed some color choices. When I picked out my desired color, was told "it's been ordered". Was then handed another color wheel with lesser options. As anyone with shellac knows, you don't just pull it directly off the nail because it causes harm. Well that's exactly what she started to do with my toes. When I asked her to not do it that way, she continued and ended up hurting my nail. Its like she has no clue on how to remove it from toe nails. Walked in for a shellac mani and pedi.  Was placed in a chair and handed a selection of shellac colors.  After picking out my color, was told "that's been ordered". Was then handed another collection of lesses colors and told to pick.  Only interaction so far.  I have shellac on my toes and as everyone knows, you don't just pull it off the nail because it harms the nail.  Well the lady started pulling it off.  Asked her to please not do that and she proceeded to pull another one off, hurting me.  Its like she had ok clue how to remove it.  When she started to try to take it off my big toe, I got up and walked out.  Would never go here again!!! Horrible service I experienced coming here. I walked in and was greeted and asked what I wanted done I told them I needed a minute to decide and before I could even look at the service list I was asked again what I wanted. I felt like they was trying rush me which I do not see why because I was the ONLY person there. As I set in the ladies chair she began to start my nails , she was rushing through them and when I told her my nails was but to my liking she rolled her eyes and began to speak in another language (which is rude) . I told her several time my nails was not to my liking and she ignored it. She did not clean up the area around my nails and left polish around the bed on my nails. When asked to clean it off she told me that is another service I could pay for . Now my thing is would the service would have been this bad if I didn't look younger than my age. I get my nails , hair and feet done and I'm also a server and customer service and customer happiness always comes first even if you don't expect a tip from them. My daughter and I went in for an afternoon pedicure and the customer service was AWFUL!!!! We entered and they just kept shouting pick a color and started the pedicure bowl! As we put our feet in, it was too hot and I yelled ouch! The lady came over and said oh it's hot turned the water on cold for three seconds and stopped it. Then as I was soaking my feet I felt something and behold it was grit and dirt!! I immediately told my daughter to take her feet out and I told them that the bowls were filthy nasty and she just stepped over and let the water out. No I'm sorry or let me fix it! After the water was out then she began to clean it properly. They didn't ask any questions just let us walk out. They are filthy, nasty, and unprofessional. Please don't waste your time! Read Less

Filthy, filthy, filthy.  I walked in and asked how long for a pedicure.  The guy tells me "pick a color".  Which in most salons means you're next or close.  I was directed to sit down and put my feet in the tub.  I sat there for 48 minutes!!!  No one spoke to me, no one acknowledged I was there or even let me know when it would be my turn.  As I looked around, I noticed how dirty and disorganized the place was.  I'm from out of town, so I left after 50 minutes.  Went to the salon in the mall across the street.  Very clean, very nice!! I've been going to this shop since I was 19 and hate to go anywhere else. They are very kind and put care behind their work. Other places have hurt my feet during pedicures and half painted my nails. The day before my wedding, I went here for full set, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. The lady did my nails and eyebrows, and then told me to come back tomorrow for pedicure because the pedicure lady had somewhere to go. I explained I was getting married the next day. he pedicure person, whom is also the owner, explained she could not do...go somewhere else. On a seperate event which was my final straw, then female owner denied me service for no reason. I was only wanting one nail repaired. I give them at least $100 monthly. They had no customers there at the time. Yet, technician says she did not want to do my nails and to come back when Mike got in or on another day. They are rude and unprofessional!!!! Read Less

This is the best place to go in the Jackson area to get your nails done. The staff is pleasant and very patient - the unfortunate thing is I always seem to witness some bitches in there! Here's a tip: get the gel nails there! They're great!I walk out of that bitch feeling like Kid Sister with my nails done up so good. Also, if you are even remotely attractive, this hot dude that works there will drop whatever he's doing and come do your nails. He gave me some really good advice about my love life. Read Less
