It was a lovely establishment, clean and modern, good atmosphere. However, I must've came at a weird time, it was 4:15 on a Friday and I was essentially the only customer there and maybe that's why it made for a different/not so great experience. I wanted to be relaxed during my pedicure, but the girl at the front, whom I later heard could be the salon manager but not 100% sure, took it upon herself to vent about her work drama to the employee performing my pedicure...(Not relaxing or professional) Not to mention some other things were said that made me uncomfortable and were unnecessary to say in front of a customer (talking about the owner's husband in ways one shouldn't, I mean why would you do this in front of a customer?, at least save it to where customers can't hear you, lord). I got the Ultimate pedicure, and while the actual foot massage was great, it didn't really seem to be much longer than normal as the service says it is extended massage. It was 60 for meh customer service and awkward experience, the two employees there need to work on their customer service & professionalism, more so the girl at the front though. I also wasn't told to fan out my pedicure, or the typical use of a fan afterwards and the girl said we were done with no mention of anything so I assumed it was just quick dry. I guess I should've made sure because when I got home, a 15 min drive in the little foam slippers they give you, my paint had smeared all over. I'm so disappointed I was looking forward to this as I don't get to pamper myself often and I wanted to relax and walk out with a nice pedicure but neither happened. I really wanted to love this place as we do not have many boutique nail places in the area, and maybe it'd be better at a moderately busier time but I'm not going to risk finding out after this. I visited this salon with my sister and my mom in preparation for my cousin's wedding. The atmosphere is cool and modern. The young ladies who were working that day were all so friendly and we had a blast chatting with them and the other customers who came in. My manicure and pedicure were awesome and lasted so much longer than usual! Brittany was my manicurist and she was great! My mother and sister also enjoyed their services. Next time I'm back home for a visit I will definitely try to schedule some time to visit this establishment again! Read Less

This is a beautiful new establishment, but service was extremely slow and amateur. I got there at 2:50 in the afternoon and was the only client there and didn't finish until 6:45. I got a gel mani and pedi and was very unsatisfied. I really hope that this place improves its service and hire experienced nail techs. Read Less

Mani's & Pedi's is amazing! The technique used left my nails looking PERFECTLY manicured and polished. The ladies are very friendly and professional. They are conveniently located on Ridgeland's Highland Colony Pkwy near Newk's and the Embassy Suites. They are not the "typical nail shop" will drills and acrylic powders. They are true manicurists that care about the health of your nails. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. Walk-ins are welcomed, but they take appointments as well. They also have a private room for parties! Although I live in Louisiana, I will be patronizing them every time I'm in town! Read Less
