Sat in first chair for about 15 minutes while tech tried several filters for water.... while my feet were submerged .... never fixed it moved me to another chair finally. I dont have anything against older people i take of them for a living. But if i come into your establishment and you put a older women on your feet she needs to have the energy to complete the task. I am currently at the establishment. I was placed in the back in a pedicure chair. One of the tech filled the basin with water and walked into a back area. As she walked back out, on her way to the front I asked if she could turn on the bubbles, she no someone else would do it. That was 10 minutes ago. Beautiful place and my second time visiting. Love my nail but the polish portion I did not like. Everytime I get my nails polish here the polish peels off and smudges. I sat for 10 minutes for them to dry and it still peeled off. I had tontake the polish off and redo my nails. Read Less

The first time I went Lynn was fantastic, beautiful gel manicure. This time, I came in for a mani/pedi. I was in the hands of Henry (I think) and to be plainly honest, the actual polish portion is a huge letdown. The polish completely uneven, and the gel has bubbles in it and is blobbed on in places. He didn't clean the polish from around my nail bed or finger tips before curing them, and I had to ask him to get it off for me. I'm really disappointed. They look like I painted them myself. They don't look professionally done at all, and the fact that I just handed over money for this "treat" to myself and am so disappointed in the final product I could just cry. Read Less

My Nail Tech had to move out of state so I had to go on a hunt for a new nail salon. I found Jonle online while researching and read nothing but good comments, so I decided to go check it out well boy was that a great decision! I loved it the employees are awesome and the atmosphere is beautiful plus the prices are good. I will definitely be returning!!!!!
