Great service when I got my nails done. Clean and peaceful environment. Their massage therapist Robin Hode is AWESOME! I request her every time I go!! Hair stylist was good as well. Just a great place for everything from manicure and pedicure to a relaxing massage also hair stylist! Read Less

Horrible, doesn't even deserve one star. The lady who does permanent cosmetics isn't licensed and doesn't know what she's doing!

I was sooo disappointed! It looks so great from a distance but when you get to the actual table it's nasty! Nothing was clean and the man was very rough with my hands and rushed the whole time! I appreciate him working so fast but it was so rough! And he kept stopping in the middle of my set to go work on other people! That was supposed to be a relaxing adventure but turned into a pain filled anxiety session! And my nails look horrible and hurt to high heaven! I felt so bad to the girl behind me because she had no idea, it was her first time getting them done! I recommend Lee Nails in turtle creek mall! I will make the drive to them before I ever use another picayune salon! Read Less

My daughter took her 9 year old to get her toenails and fingernails painted while she got a pedicure. On the phone she was told one price for her daughter and then when she went to pay it was a lot higher than what she had been told. When she questioned it the lady got irritated with her for asking and the breakdown she gave did not add up to the price she had to pay. Also my granddaughter wanted the mood changin color and my daughter asked the lady painting her nails was that it and she said yes 3 times. It does not change color. The guy there did agree to repaint the nails, but none of us will go back there again. Read Less

Posted by Amanda H. - I was given a $100 gift certificate to Icon Luxury for a massage and went to tried to use it approx. 5 months ago (Nov. 2015) and was told that they didn't have a masseuse. She had broken her arm and I would have to call back later before my card expired on Mar. 10, 2016. I called on Mar. 3rd to schedule a massage and was told again that they still did not have a masseuse. I had assumed that would be enough time for them to hire someone. I asked if I could have an extension on the card since I wanted a massage and did not want any other services they provide (i.e. Manicure, or on the shelf products). They said they would allow an extension but the card would be reduced to only 50% of its value; if I waited for them to hire someone. I explained that I didn't want to buy their products (on the shelf) since the gift card was given for a specific reason but I didn't get anywhere. On Mar. 9th, I went to the store to use the card to buy products so I would not lose the money and as I was checking out, I was told the gift card didn't apply to the products, only services. I lost $100 and they wouldn't not give me a refund or extend my gift card expiration. That is bad business and very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend using them at all. Read Less

Let me first start by saying this was the WORST experience I've ever had at a nail salon.  Upon walking in there was only one person working and the only 2 words she said to me was "pick color". I was trying to match up my gel nails and toes,  and asked her to make sure. (They absolutely do not match) She then rushed through my pedicure,  and was very rough.  The files and buffers still had powder from the previous persons nails. The entire time she spoke on her blue tooth in Vietnamese,  and not once talked to me.  I will not be going back!  The only reason they got one star is because it's required. Read Less

I was sooo disappointed! It looks so great from a distance but when you get to the actual table it's nasty! Nothing was clean and the man was very rough with my hands and rushed the whole time! I appreciate him working so fast but it was so rough! And he kept stopping in the middle of my set to go work on other people! That was supposed to be a relaxing adventure but turned into a pain filled anxiety session! And my nails look horrible and hurt to high heaven! I felt so bad to the girl behind me because she had no idea, it was her first time getting them done! I recommend Lee Nails in turtle creek mall! I will make the drive to them before I ever use another picayune salon! Read Less

My daughter took her 9 year old to get her toenails and fingernails painted while she got a pedicure. On the phone she was told one price for her daughter and then when she went to pay it was a lot higher than what she had been told. When she questioned it the lady got irritated with her for asking and the breakdown she gave did not add up to the price she had to pay. Also my granddaughter wanted the mood changin color and my daughter asked the lady painting her nails was that it and she said yes 3 times. It does not change color. The guy there did agree to repaint the nails, but none of us will go back there again. Read Less

Let me first start by saying this was the WORST experience I've ever had at a nail salon.  Upon walking in there was only one person working and the only 2 words she said to me was "pick color". I was trying to match up my gel nails and toes,  and asked her to make sure. (They absolutely do not match) She then rushed through my pedicure,  and was very rough.  The files and buffers still had powder from the previous persons nails.
