I went here to get my nails, toes, lashes, and eyebrows done before my wedding. First I was waiting on my maid of honor BC she was running late and we were wanting this to be an experience we could have together just me and her spending time together before the big day. They kept pressuring me to sit BC they wanted to begin. I kept telling them I was waiting on someone and they kept saying you sit you sit like they didn't understand me. So I sat to get my toes done BC she wasn't getting her toes done anyway. When she got there another guy kept telling her to sit to get her nails done on the opposite side even though I wasn't done with the pedicure so we didn't even get to sit together. Definitely not the fun experience we had in mind. Then when I got ready to do my nails we were sitting on the opposite side just looking at each other occasionally yelling across the room to talk. She got done first so she came over there to show me her nails. She really didn't like them. She wanted a French manicure with tips and he just did the gel on top of her nails and he cut them so short you could see the tip of her finger over the nail. She really wasn't happy with it so she asked if he could redo it with the tip and acrylic like she wanted. They charged her two times full price and they rushed through the nails the second time so fast they are all uneven and the acrylic wasn't smooth on the top BC he half filed them. My guy did really good on the shape but when he started the polish he messed it up. The pic I showed him was basically a French manicure with glitter on the tips. He first painted my whole nail white. I'm thinking white nails with a white dress isn't going to look good. He then put a light pink over the whole nail and glitter polish on the tips it wasn't quite what I wanted but it was acceptable. Only BC one of my wedding colors was light pink so that was just coincidence really. However now that they are growing out my coffin shaped nails are very rounded on the tips on the top probably from so much gel polish on top. While the owner was redoing my maid of honors nails they were very rude in the comments made to me on what is a special time in my life. Asking was I getting married and if it wasn't too late for me to be getting married (I'm 31 and I don't appear any older than that). And the both laughing and speaking in their own language afterwards. Went to get my lashes and eyebrows done. She went too thin on my eye brows I told her I wanted to keep my natural shape but I don't think she understood. She didn't speak much English at all. She did individuals for lashes I picked medium length. She didn't curl them afterwards they looked really droopy, I got friend to curl them later. Overall my experience just wasn't that great. $125 later I wish I would have gone somewhere else. My maid of honor spent $60 for a French manicure. The quality of work and experience was OK but not worth the money we spent. They don't speak much English and maybe that's why they couldn't really understand what we wanted (although I had a picture...). We will not be going back. Response to owner: If you are the owner then you ARE the one who did the nails of my maid of honor the second time and told her to give you whatever she wanted for the mess up. Comparable prices to other shops in the area, but nicer shop and better service. They take their time and my nails always last longer compared to other shops I have been to. Always a pleasant experience. Read Less
