This is the worst place in the city to get your nails done...i went in to get a quick nail job....my nails chipped before 24 hrs was up...went back to get then fixed, she put my hands in front of the fan and couple of minutes said I was dry...before I got out the door...messed up again...supposed to have fixed them again....by the time I made it to the car...still not dry and they were messed up again....i refused to go back....they are the worst.....i would not send my worst enemy there...if you go...go at you own risk... This salon doesn't deserve the 1 star. The staff was horrible. When I requested a refund for an even worse service, i was treated like less than a human being. The male employee intruded into my personal space & nudged me in an attempt to throw me out for being disappointed with the service provided. I was told I could call the police or sue when neither of those things were my intention. At that point I felt disrespected to the extreme. I had to inform law enforcement of the incident as well as contact my lawyer. The owner nor the employees wanted to give their full names. Not until my lawyer contacted them did they even consider giving me a full refund. (This was to end the nonsense,as I was told.) BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IN MY LIFE. Seriously.. Read Less

Went for brow fax before work. They told me would be 15 min. I told them I'd return. I returned the next day. The lady would not come out of the back kept telling her husband what to say that they were out of wax. I was like since yesterday not even 24 hours? More consulting and he was like no wax no wax.
