I came with a group of my friends, and when we walked in a lady told us the shop was closing in 10 minutes. We apologized and were on our way out the door when she stopped us and said that it was no problem to do manicures for all of us. We asked if she was totally sure, and the lady told us she was positive. Once I sat down, the girl doing my nails made a comment to her co worker, "i should've just done those other manicures and got out of here after", then she turned to me and said, "yea we were all getting ready to leave when y'all showed up". She did a good job on my nails, but I felt like she rushed through. I thought it was very nice the lady at the door offered to take us 10 mins before close, but the girl i got that did my nails made me feel like my friends and I were a burden to her. Read Less

My cousin and I made an appointment, but as we should have expected were late to it. They couldn't squeeze as in as soon as we got there but were super nice offered us several things while we waited (even free tanning). They got us in as soon as possible and did amazing! The staff were very fun and easy to talk to and we were cracking up the whole time. We had a rehearsal to go to after and they even let us change in a back room! I'm giving 2 stars because the owner and other ladies were nice but they didn't do a good job on my gel manicure. The polish is peeling off after only 3 days because she did 3 coats (and I didn't request it) trying to get it even and its still not even. I think the lady who did my nails name is either Angie or Angela. Read Less

If you go to the nail shop, you have to see Kaitlyn Campbell!! She always does such a great job and makes you feel extra special while doing so! I've been to many salons and many technicians before and KK is the best I've found- I've been going to her for years and always receive consistent service and always get compliments on my nails! Great place to get nails done. Gel nails last forever. Fun place to go and get in and out. Hate getting nails done at places that take forever. I can get in and out with perfect nails. They've added tanning, so i can get alot of services done in one place. Read Less

I've definitely had a lot better of experiences. It's nice that they can accommodate large parties, but they're overpriced for the work they do.My "spa" pedicure was $30; i had an extremely short leg massage (MAYBE 2 minutes?) and the paint job was sloppy with paint all over my cuticles. The staff was not the friendliest and seemed to be bothered when you asked anything of them. When we were waiting around for our nails to dry at the drying area, (also waiting for the rest of our party to be done) the owner came over and ordered us to move because our nails were already dried. TLDR: Overpriced, sloppy work& southern hospitality is severely lacking. Read Less

Best place to get your nails done! Wonderful staff! Done in a timely manner. AWESOME place! They also do more than nails, you can get your hair done too! The beautician they have there is awesome! I have been here two times. The first time I got the spa deluxe manicure.  She did a good job and was wonderful to talk to, but after leaving and going about my day I realized I had some streaks on my ankles from some of the masque that didn't get removed. Then also, less than a week later both my big toes chipped and all the paint came off. Still a good establishment.  Went back to get my eyebrows done. They use toothbrushes instead of eyebrow brushes. Weird, but gets the job done. Would recommend but maybe try different techs. Read Less
