This place is awful 😡😡😡. Customer service. (What customer service) They don't speck to you when you enter the place. You're greeted with (what u want). There's really only one person in the that EVERYONE wants to do their nails. The older techs cut you with the drill and files into your meat without acknowledging or apologizing for it. I used to come here because it was the "best of the worst" in oxford bc the nail salons were significantly lacking until the Nail Bar came to town. (which i would highly recommend) The two younger females that work at the salon do a great job but the rest of the staff isn't so great. An older gentleman that works there is constantly sleeping on the couch with his shoes off when he isn't working and a younger gentleman that works there was extremely rude. whenever i got my acrylics done, my nails were too thick, came off too easily, and were often crooked. The pink and white solar set I got was atrocious. the tips were uneven, my nails were filed crooked, and the male nail tech was extremely offended when i pointed out that my nails were crooked. It's often super crowded and they are not accommodating when you have a reservation. I took my business to the Nail Bar and I don't plan on coming back. Read Less

Definitely a hard pass - I was told to come back at a certain time when it wouldn't be as busy, which I appreciated. However, finally after being seated for a pedicure 35 minutes after the time I was told to be there, as the tub was filling up, the wand fell out of place and sprayed my mother with water for at least 30 seconds before anyone got it under control. The staff was not accommodating, the water in the foot basin was cold, and the entire experience was incredibly disappointing. Read Less

Daughter went here today for gel manicure and pedicure.   She was originally told it would be $30 total.  When completed she was told it was $70.    They said the gel was $30 and manicure and pedi was another $40.   My daughter is college student at ole miss and they are obviously trying to rip off students.  She will not be back. I was pleased with my pedicure. Not only was it the least expensive one that I've found in Oxford, two hours later my legs are still tingling - in a good way - from the exfoliating massage. The massage chair was fussy, some settings didn't work, but the service was good. The woman helping me was friendly, thorough, and fast. My pet peeve are pedicurists who mumble or bark instructions for switching feet, as if I should anticipate what they need while I'm zoning out, but she spoke up in a friendly tone.
