Just ok. Staff did a nice job on our nails. We will see how long they last. Disappointed in the atmosphere and cleanliness. The Nail Bar's prices are a little higher than other salons so I expected the place to be a little more upscale. It's small, noisy and the vibe isn't relaxing or cool. Pedicure chairs are very close together and bar you sit at to get your nails done is the same. The salon definitely could have been cleaner. And more professional. You have to carry a sticky note around with what service you are getting and at the nail bar, we were seated at the counter filled with employees water bottles and drinks. Make sure you bring cash because they only accept tips in cash.

I went to nail bar for a manicure and pedicure and ended up spending nearly $100. I got a gel manicure with a design and they peeled off within three days of getting them done. One week later they have all completely fallen off. My pedicure chipped the very next day and looks completely TERRIBLE only 6 days later. I've never had such a terrible experience with the work done at a salon after the fact. When i was there the employees were nice, one made a rude comment about my tattoo, but other than that they were nice. Just very upset with the fact i spent all of this money for a terrible manicure and pedicure. Highly do not recommend you spend your money here if you expect the work to last longer than three days.

DO NOT GO HERE. I've never had problems with my nails before and a couple weeks after getting a pedicure here I now have FUNGUS. Besides having a nail INFECTION the receptionists are RUDE, SNAPPY, and have an ENTITLED ATTITUDE. I will NEVER let any of my friends go to Nail Bar EVER again so maybe they can stay FUNGUS free.

Nail Bar and Company will give you an amazing manicure/pedicure, no questions asked. The price is not terrible, especially considering they give you a piece of art on each individual nail. The staff works slow and steady to make sure you get exactly what you want. Now, you will have to be patient as I have had appointments lasting up to two hours at times- but I promise it is worth that wait!

We had a party of about 10 people, and we came in a few groups. I drove the bride, her mom and sister in law. We made it clear that we had to be done first as the bride had wedding rehearsal. They assured us it was no problem. When we chose our colors, they were out of a few, so we had to make alternate choices. Nothing fancy, plain simple polish, not even gel. For some reason, everyone was done before me. I am not sure how that happened, but everyone was literally walking out the door and I couldn't complete what I wanted (sparkly top coat) needless to say, my nails were not dry, got all mushed up as soon as I left, and I did not get what i want. The salon was very clean, the young staff were pretty nice, but no sense of urgency. My experience was good but the whole point were to have pretty nails, which was kind of disappointing, but I am sure my friends and the family had a better experience.

I took my daughter-in-law in for her early birthday present on April 1, 2017 and was hoping for a special time for the two of us to have a really special time/experience together. We both had Epic pedicures (ONLY THE BEST $$) plus we had manicures. The experience was a DISASTER being that my pedicure and manicure was finished BEFORE her pedicure was ever finished. Now common sense would tell you that a woman 30 years older would need more time spent on her feet????? Especially after paying for a $$ pedicure, not a quicky?? My daughter in law got my moneys worth for her birthday but I DID NOT and WE did not get the experience I was hoping for.
Would I recommend this place, ABSOLUTELY NOT. Would I ever go there again? NEVER.
I am so thankful for my hometown nail spa in Biloxi MS, Sassy Nails!

Just ok. Staff did a nice job on our nails. We will see how long they last. Disappointed in the atmosphere and cleanliness. The Nail Bar's prices are a little higher than other salons so I expected the place to be a little more upscale. It's small, noisy and the vibe isn't relaxing or cool. I went to nail bar for a manicure and pedicure and ended up spending nearly $100. I got a gel manicure with a design and they peeled off within three days of getting them done. One week later they have all completely fallen off. My pedicure chipped the very next day and looks completely TERRIBLE only 6 days later. I've never had such a terrible experience with the work done at a salon after the fact. Nail Bar and Company will give you an amazing manicure/pedicure, no questions asked. The price is not terrible, especially considering they give you a piece of art on each individual nail.
