My experience was not that great. MOST of the people were friendly. However, I went in for a simple gel fill in - which the website says is $17. My final total was $41! All I got was a gel fill in and my nails cut back. On top of that, my polish has already chipped and it's only been 2 days. I was fine with using anywhere else in Oxford but had read about this place in the Mississippi magazine and decided to give it a try. I went on Wednesday and paid $75 for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. It’s now Friday and my entire gel manicure has peeled off. The first nail started peeling off Thursday morning— less than 24 hours after my services. The customer service is HORRIBLE! The owner was working on the girl next to me & was so snappy & rude to her about her acrylic nails I felt bad for the girl & then after being helped by 2 other people someone finally came to do my nails. The guy (Gummy) made a smarty comment about me getting a call that I talked for less than 10 seconds saying I would call them back but I brushed it off. Then I started looking at the gel color I had chosen, thinking about changing it & he gra...bbed it out of my hand & so NO. I asked if I could look at the color in the bottle because I was thinking it was lighter than I wanted & he said got the biggest/worst attitude about it. The girl sitting next to me (I didn’t know her) looked over @ my in SHOCK that he had just acted like that. Needless to say after those two instances today. I've lived in Oxford for a little over 2 years and this is by far the best acrylic set I have had in Oxford! It's so nice in there and everyone is very friendly. It's definitely best to make an appointment, but I have no complaints. Also seems to be the most affordable in town.Read Less

They were completely booked up, super busy, and took the time to remove the gel nails that I had broken, soaked in acetone, and still could not get off. Made an appointment for 6:30. They call me at 3:45 and ask if I can come in at 5. That's fine. I come in early and wait. Get seated at the bar five minutes after my appointment. Then no one talks to me. I'm just sitting there for over ten minutes when the tech next to me asks me what I'm there for and I tell her a gel manicure. She stops working with her customer to get plastic baggies and a hand warmer for me. She jams the bags on my hands and I could not believe how gruff s...he was treating me. I sit for a few more minutes and ask the receptionist as she walks by who my service provider was and she says "I don't know" and walks away. Wait a little longer. Ask a nail tech who's doing my nails and he says they're coming. At this point it's 5:30. I told him I had an appointment and he informs me everyone has appointments and I can speak to the owner. Then he starts talking to a woman in another language about me. Ridiculous. Extremely rude people and unprofessional. I was never offered a water or drink. I left without wasting anymore of my time.
