I normally go to another nail tech and betrayed him on Saturday trying to save time. Read reviews of shop while at red light (sign #1) but decided to go anyway. Get to shop to find a mother and daughter waiting to get nails redone because they asked for tips and lady with short hair didnt give her any or filed them so short it look as if she didnt have any tips (sign #2). I had Rose who seemed to be nice but rushed on my nails. My over lay is soooo thick, look like my 12 year polished my nails, and the overlay is uneven. Next time I will take my drive and go to my tech that take pride in his work and get left with nice tips. Only thing nice about shop is the shop itself!!! Will not be going back!!!!! Read Less

Went in on Sunday, the guy who works there is moody and VERY RUDE. I was the unlucky person to get stuck with him. He did my pedicure in about 8 mins, where others were getting the full treatment. Came here Sunday after going to several other salons that were either closed or said that they were open on Sundays and were actually not open. Another said they opened at 1230 and no one showed up we waited till 1. So i called paradise to see if they were open before i drove all the way to Olive branch. They were. It was three of us we walked in and they seated us in a chair right away and got us complementary drinks. 20 or so minutes later they got to work right away with our pedicures. Very friendly staff . Found my new nail place after moving in Olive Branch !! PARADISE NAILS is wonderful!!- I had a beautiful nails through 3 weeks. Greeted warmly by everyone. Fast, courteous and fair prices. The lady doing my nails, shellac nails/deluxe pedi was a perfectionist. Acted as if she had all the time in the world and I was her only client. You can say I'm particular and looking at my nails are so perfectly! Their pedicure massage chairs are the best! I can sit back and relax with the pillow. My feet are pampered by Milk Soak, Sugar Scrub and warm lotion massage. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My mom and I came in for a mani/pedi. Our pedicure was GREAT! No complaints there. However, my mom wanted a gel manicure and I wanted plastic French tips (otherwise known as a full set white tips). After repeating that I wanted PLASTIC tips, the lady painted shellac on my nails and started PAINTING on the tips. I told her that wasn't what I asked for. She was incredibly upset with me and said I told her wrong, etc. Meanwhile, my mom's manicure went completely wrong when the gel polish literally dripped off her nails. The color wouldn't stay on. The assistant helping her then tried to get the polish off by filing her nail bed, soaking them for several minutes in some type of remover which didn't work... He scraped and sanded her nail bed getting only some of the polish off... Her cuticles were damaged and bleeding and sore when she refused to have anymore done. Finally, my plastic French tips were done and they looked great. But when it came time to pay, they tried to charge my mom for her manicure even though thy damaged her cuticles!! My mom had already filed then and trimmed them before she came and was desiring just a polish.Overall... Not a good experience. And not worth the money. I really love this placeAlways am seated immediately. The service is great. They offered me a drink to start off with -- of course I chose white wine. I do the $45 pedi which is a step above the regular for $27. I always leave with very smooth and refreshed feet. Do not come here. Butchered my toes today and one would not stop bleeding. Man was not wearing gloves, did not spray my feet with alcohol to prevent infection and was mad like it was my fault. Got a Mani Pedi done here with Pink and White acrylics after seeing the first time coupon. Very relaxing and very professional. No gossiping in foreign languages, very friendly, and even offered me a free glass of wine. They did a great job on my nails because I like my Pink and Whites very thin. Read Less
