I love this place! This place is drop-dead gorgeous!!! The nail techicians here are very nice and clean with all your services. They use individualized and sterilized tool packages on each customer to prevent germs from spreading. The customer service here is amazing! They are the go-to place to get your nails done. Service was quick, which I like. The building looks nice but the service was mediocre. This was my first time getting chrome nails and the tech did not know how to do them. Actually am surprised. I absolutely love how peaceful the atmosphere of his nail salon have. After going to this nail salon a couple of times I realize that if you want to connect and feel more comfortable at this place I suggest you keep coming and just talk to everyone; however, some people are just cranky, but at least their works are truly impeccable and I am not over exaggerating, I am dead serious. Nice atmosphere but the staff was not friendly. My daughter is a tall ten and he charged her regular price to polish her nails and feet. I bought it to his attention and he proceeded to ask her what grade was she in , she said she was going to sixth and he then automatically assumed she was 11. Do you really think I would try to get over with a couple dollars using my daughter's age as an excuse especially as I had a pedicure and nails painted. Ok. Not again. Looking for a new nail place close to my house. I came in for a polish change ONLY ( hands & feet). Two ladies worked on me at the same time. Not once did EITHER of them ask how I was or carry on a conversation with me. They didnt speak in english the entire time I was there. They only spoke between the two of them. The lady doing my feet didnt shape or cut them down( they didn't need it) so no extra work there. My nails did get filed but was left very ridged, when I pointed it out there seemed to be a bit of an attitude. I went to pay and was told it was $19.00!!!! WHAT..for a polish change AND I used my own color!! I couldnt belive it, I was a bit shocked. I gave her my $20 and walked out. Ill never go back. There are a million other nail places. Ummm....hmmm! The job performance is mediocre. The potential is there but the results leave much to be desired. However, I love the quiet atmosphere and the fact that I can walk in and be taken care of. I wish I could get the ambience of this place at my old nail salon. HORRIBLE!!!!! Tried this place because it is close to my home! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS PLACE!! Terrible! Rushed through my pedicure, did not even file my nails, did not remove cuticles or anything! It has been 2 days and my polish has a gap from my cuticles because she did not remove them. I basically got a foot soak, some lotion on my legs with some nail polish that looks horrible after 2 days!! $32 I should have just thrown in the trash! I will be going back to Lilly's, they are awesome, might have to wait because they are so awesome but so worth it!! The worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had!  I went in after doing some yard work, and my nails were dirty.  After my manicure was done, my nails still had dirt, my nails were not shaped, and the blood from the lady yanking the skin from my cuticles and sides of my nails was still there.  I won't even begin to talk about the pedicure.  Needless to say, I won't be going here again! The pedicure didn't last 15 minutes. The lady didn't even scrub my whole heel with the pumice stone. Then when I asked if she was going to do my whole heel she had an awful look on her face like I was asking her to do something horrible. My nails weren't filed at all. When she used he cuticle clippers, she was just pulling off my skin and it hurt so I told her to stop. I honestly think my 7 year old niece could've done a better job. I hardly ever write reviews. I have been a loyal every 2 weeks customer and have and have sent countless people there. Today I walked in and was told I couldn't use the "VIP" polish behind the counter. Even after I told her I have used them over and over. I've spent hundreds if not more with them. The so calledVIP colors were Funny Bunny and Ballet Slippers etc. She continued  to mock me in her language and she and her coworker laughed and laughed. I was so uncomfortable that I left and went elsewhere. I stepped out of my comfort zone to try a new nail salon. I got a pedicure and a full set in under an hour. Can you imagine? I'm all for quick service, but my toes weren't even, over applied polish and it ran onto my skin which I had to scrub off. I ended up bumping my toe and messing up the polish so she quickly slapped on a coat of polish. She put two coats plus a clear coat before. You can see the flaw.  I sat down to get my nails done. I had to walk the tech through what I wanted. White tip, short, square, and gel. I was never asked what I wanted. What would have I got had I not spoken up? I'm just not used to this type of service. I've tried this place 3 times, because I wanted to try out different nail technicians before I judged too harshly. All three times I have gotten shellac manicures and my polish has chipped after 2-3 days. One of the nail technicians is sooooo slow. I thought that maybe that would mean that she was taking more care in my manicure, but that was the worst one yet.  I'm sad that this place is not great because it's close and it is really nice aesthetically. Ask for Lisa! The first time I went she did my powder nails and they were wonderful! My first time to get them and I was very pleased. The second time I went back the older man working did them and I can attest to previous reviews that he was completely off. He filed my nails down on the sides too much, missed my nail so much with the emery board that he left a small cut on my finger, my nails were jagged and uneven and the powder was so caked it looked like it could come off at any moment. I got home and my even my husband could tell they were awful. I returned about 3 days later (this was the only time I have ever gone back in a nail salon and asked that they fix them) and they were very understanding and were happy to redo my nails for free. So overall I have had a good experience. I will be going back because I like the atmosphere and the location, I will just make an appt ahead of time or wait to be helped by someone other than him :) Read Less

The worst cuticle work I've ever seen. And it wasn't just me. It was my mom and a lady who had acrylic nails done. I had splitting hang nails reforming and the lady next to me had splitting skin on both sides of one of her nails as she sat at the nail dryer. The guy who did my nails was inattentive so I felt the vibration of the emery board as he'd shaped my nails. He also missed a few times so my fingertips got the emery board. Also, he did not ask me about my nail length. I had wanted them cut short, shaped, and polished. Both my mom and I went for basic manicures. My mom had a clear coat but the polish was not at all neat at the cuticle. It looked like it was about to peel when we got into the car. The customers who wanted mani-pedis were the actual focus here. We were just a deterrent. I grade these guys a "D". Try someplace else. Read Less
