Just got back from there. I had to ask the lady three times to fix the nails and they still are uneven, jagged, and sharp. As for the nailpolish work, I had to let her know that she only went over one hand once. I also had to pointout that she missed places. Unfortunatally theres bubbles in the polish. The only thing that was redemption worthy was the cuticle cutting and the wax dip. Needless to say I am going to have to redo them myself. Read Less

Worst customer service I have ever received at a nail salon! I was burned with hot water after telling the pedicurist that she only scrubbed 1 foot. Several months later, I tried to let them redeem themselves and the manicurist was way too rough. When I pointed it out, she blamed my fingers. The shop owner was involved both times. She never apologized, never tried to make anything better. She just argued with me about how it was my fault. I recommend Elite Nails! I have had perfect service there!! Read Less

These ladies are wonderful. They are friendly and take care of my nails and toes. There might be a short wait but it won't be long. They talk to you not down to you. Yes they talk to each other as well but don't you talk too your co workers at work... I have been to SEVERAL nail shops in OS most are either rude or just don't want to be bothered. Nail Bliss has AMAZING nails, BUT they like to add $18 tips to your debit card after you already kindly tip them. & they also like to delete proof of it from their page! screenshots won't go away, sorry. i will post 200 times if it stops you from stealing peoples money. Read Less

I went there by recommendations of a friend and boy did i end up loving them. I walked in with the style and clear idea of what i wanted and i didn't get anything but exactly what i was yearning for! Lien which is the name of the girl who attended me treated every single one of my nails with such detail and perfection that if you are OCD or simply crazy about perfection this is the place to be.
