No No No No! Customer beware!!!! Over price alert! Went in for a mani and pedi. I wanted the nice pedi which menu listed as $60 they charged $62. I picked out regular nail polish but the whole time the tech kept saying you do gel, it much better. Over and over again. I said no 4 times. She kept insisting it better, it last longer, you like better! Finally I said okay. They charged me an additional $20 for gel polish. $82.50 for a decent 25 min pedicure. IDTS. In the past I’ve paid an additional $5 for gel polish but $20 extra. The manicure was done by a very nice woman and I had originally picked out regularly polish for my hands as well but the woman who did the pedicure I guess told the nail tech that I was getting gel on my hands as well. I still didn’t know/realized at this point that they would also charge me another/additional $20 for my nails. It’s a scam and ripoff IMO. Yes I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, Consumer Protection Agency, Bureau of Consumer Protection, and with MS Attorney Generals office for consumer protection and unfair business practices. My guess this isn’t the first time they have harassed and bullied a customer into spending more money. I believe it is their standard operating procedure, their business model. I was shocked and outraged when I got my total. The manicure which is listed for $17 cost me $37. Pedicure should’ve been $60 but cost me $82.50. Neve ever again! Please get in writing what services you want and the total fee upfront with this business and be very clear you do not want any additional service even offered. I wonder just how many other people have had this issue with Elite Nails. Or am I the only sucker?

This place is decent. Nice atmosphere, I just wish the TV were on sometimes. There’s a big tv but it’s never on, and I don’t always feel like listening to music, especially if it isn’t my own music. Also I wish they’d replace the couches. They’re all white but have red spots on them that look suspiciously like period stains and lots of other stains. Other than that the workers there are great and I haven’t had any issues with my nails, I always leave satisfied.

I have been going here for a while now. But lately I switched to wearing gel nails and after a week the polish changed colors.(turned brownish) I went in to inform the shop because I thought it could be wiped off after finding out it couldn’t. The nail tech said nothing could be done about it. Being that this has happened twice already and I consider myself as a regular I didn’t like hearing that I basically had to get a new set just for the polish changing. I don’t feel I was accommodated properly.

After reading reviews, I was highly excited to try this salon. What a terrible experience! The girl that did my manicure must have been having a bad day or something. I felt like an inconvenience. Prices were reasonable but my technician was aggressive taking my old polish off (and didn't even remove it all), she cut me with the buffer file, and she ruined the shape of my nails. Thankfully I can have it fixed elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this establishment nor will I be returning.

Made an appointment for my mom, my two sisters and myself to get pedis. Called in advance and set it up for 12:00. We all sat down at 12:00 and they proceeded to start 3 of us on time. My mom had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up to do her pedicure. Again, this was with an appointment made in advance. In the mean time, two other ladies walked in and sat down and the manicurist began their pedis. We asked why they went ahead of us and we were told it’s because they were regulars and had requested a particular person. We were completely finished and ready to go to lunch when my mom finally got serviced. We had to wait another 30 minutes on her. Horrible customer service. No discount was given, only a slight apology as the manicurist started on her pedi. We won’t be back!

Went in for a manicure, total waste of time and money. They acted as if it was an inconvenience that I came in, even though I had made an appointment and showed up early. I say and waited 20 mins after my appointment time to get manicure. They didn't even check to see I had an appointment, when I mentioned it they literally ignored me and ignored me during my manicure, they were too busy gossiping amongst themselves about other customers. The heavy chemical smell in the building gave horrible headache. The color I chose must have been old, because it chipped not 2 hrs later. Never will go back.

There was a clean and modern atmosphere, but inconsistent service between employees. Poor quality nail polish, that did not even last a day. The massage option on the feet was very nice, though. The manicure has not chipped, but the pedicure chipped after one hour. There was one employee that was not focused on his work, and did a poor job. Other employees did fine. I do not recommend getting your nails done here.

Today was my first time going to Elite. I wasn't recommended and I didn't look it up before hand. I simply saw it as I was driving and decided to stop and try it out. Honestly, I don't think I will ever go anywhere else ever again. I am so impressed with the mani and pedi Kimmie gave me! Rather than rushing and doing a sloppy job as I have often experienced at other salons, she took her time and made sure to paint the whole surface of my nails without getting any paint on my skin. I could tell she took pride in her job based on the quality of her work. Seriously, this is the first time I've gotten my nails done and not felt like it was a waste of time and money! Highly recommend going to Elite!

No No No No! Customer beware!!!! Over price alert! Went in for a mani and pedi. I wanted the nice pedi which menu listed as $60 they charged $62. I picked out regular nail polish but the whole time the tech kept saying you do gel, it much better. Over and over again. I said no 4 times. This place is decent. Nice atmosphere, I just wish the TV were on sometimes. There’s a big tv but it’s never on, and I don’t always feel like listening to music, especially if it isn’t my own music. Also I wish they’d replace the couches. They’re all white but have red spots on them that look suspiciously like period stains and lots of other stains. I have been going here for a while now. But lately I switched to wearing gel nails and after a week the polish changed colors.(turned brownish) I went in to inform the shop because I thought it could be wiped off after finding out it couldn’t. After reading reviews, I was highly excited to try this salon. What a terrible experience! The girl that did my manicure must have been having a bad day or something. I felt like an inconvenience. Went in for a manicure, total waste of time and money. They acted as if it was an inconvenience that I came in, even though I had made an appointment and showed up early. I say and waited 20 mins after my appointment time to get manicure. They didn't even check to see I had an appointment, when I mentioned it they literally ignored me and ignored me during my manicure, they were too busy gossiping amongst themselves about other customers. There was a clean and modern atmosphere, but inconsistent service between employees. Poor quality nail polish, that did not even last a day. The massage option on the feet was very nice, though. The manicure has not chipped, but the pedicure chipped after one hour. There was one employee that was not focused on his work, and did a poor job. Other employees did fine. I do not recommend getting your nails done here.

Today was my first time going to Elite. I wasn't recommended and I didn't look it up before hand. I simply saw it as I was driving and decided to stop and try it out. Honestly, I don't think I will ever go anywhere else ever again. I am so impressed with the mani and pedi Kimmie gave me!
