Totally dissatisfied with the service. Poor Customer service. They need to listen to what people want and not think they know best just because they are in business. The owner and my friend had confrontation due to my friend not liking her nails she was asking her to do it a certain way and the owner kept insisting on her way. They file and drill down too far and burn your skin. My acrylic was really thick after I asked the man not to do it too thick he constantly drilled my skin and left burns. My nails were not smooth they were thick bulky and over filed. My friend suffered burns on her fingers as well and the owner argued with her. I thank Gid we were integrative people or it could have gotten ugly. They are not my usual nail tech I only go to tropical nails but we were out and about and tropical was closed and we really needed our nails done. Big mistake never again. This is literally the WORST nail salon I have ever been too. EVER. And I have been getting my nails done for years!!! I tried out the sns nails for the first time, when I left the salon I had to literally peel off the acrylic from the corners of my skin, when really I should've complained but didn't. Not even a full two days later THREE, not ONE but THREE nails crack. I called her to see if I could come in to get them fixed and she says sure so I drive 20 minutes out of my wa...y to get them fixed and when I get there she tells me I'm a liar, she did great, and she will have to charge me. EXCUSE ME, you mean to tell me you want more money from me after you've already done the shittiest job on my nails I've ever experienced. I would have love to put up a big middle finger to the bitchy ass lady but instead I walked out bc she wasn't worth my time! SO SO SO unprofessional and altogether terrible experience. I've been coming to this salon for over a year. The owners and staff are so nice and welcoming to every customer. I bring my dad who has Parkinson's to get his toes done. They treat him like family, and they always ask about him when he's not with me. My little girl loves the special attention she gets her. She always get a design on her toes!!!! This is the only place that I am truly comfortable getting my nails done. Everyone there is very friendly, and they treat you like you're one of their very good friends. They always recognize me when I come in, and they always ask how my mom is doing. I always get the SNS nails done, and they always look perfect when I leave. They do such a good job that I've had my SNS last for almost 4 weeks! AAA Nails also offers reasonable prices (ex: $35 for initial SNS set; $25 for spa pedicure). I always leave AAA Nails happy. I went to this one day on a slow day for them. And I was getting a deluxe pedicure and gel nails. Well when I first walked in the door. I was not appreciated by what the business owner was doing. She was on the phone with someone and the other people that worked there was also on the phone. They tried to fight over to do my service. Anyways, I was really unsatisfied of what the guy that did my pedicure. His name was Tim, Tall skinny guy. He did a very sucky job. Sorry for my language. Anyways to my nails, This other guy did my nails his name was Tony, I was so unsatisfied with what he did to my nails but he didnt even give me a good massage. My daughter can give me a whole lot better of massage that your sorry . I would give this place a sorry 0 from 1 to 10.
