Be prepared to wait at least 1 hour if not more. They are not very attentive and don't mind making you wait. What they do is they will tell you someone will be with you shortly, making you feel like you are going to be tended to, then they will place you somewhere and then you wait there for another 30 minutes. I have gone here several times and its the same each time. I have even gone on different days and still super busy. I guess because of it being so close to the gluckstadt area and it is a nice clean place they know business will not slack. I have left twice due to the wait being outrageous and not being tended to, they have sat me in pedicure water for more than 30 minutes, when finally I had to remove myself, put my shoes back on and leave. This last time I went, I did the wait because I had absolutely nothing to do and my fiance was paying for my nails to be done for my birthday and it would have taken more time to find another place to go so I just waited - while I waited, SEVERAL customers walked out saying they would make appts or they would be back. I honestly don't think appts are any better, may try that next time to see how that works out. But I have seen ladies walk in with appts and still have to wait??? The services are OK, they will be quick to charge you things without telling you up front, as in soaking off nails or old nail polish. They are also very expensive. Good luck! Read Less

Nails looked good for 5 days and then started chipping. I’ve been getting dip nails for at least a year and never had them start chipping in the first week. I have had these for less than 2 weeks and they look horrible.... I have 5 nails already noticeably chipped. And they are twice as expensive as the place I’ve always gone to. First experience and it was horrible. I waited for about 10 mins and then a nail tech by the name of Kevin asked me to pick out a color. I got my color and sat at Kevin’s station. I waited another 20 mins and then I asked another lady “Where is Kevin”. Her reply was that he was in the back eating. He never mentioned that or even as a courtesy, let me know that he will be back in a few. I politely got up and left. I called back to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, Kevin answered. He was very condescending and declined to let me speak with someone else after I asked twice. So rude. I asked if the manager was available. He said no, they are home preparing for the super bowl smh. I didn’t see a need to tell me that. I asked for the manager’s name and he said to call back. Horrible. Read Less

I've been twice. I got the feeling that appointments were preferred. My first experience was very good. A man provided my service. He asked all of the right questions to be sure that he was designing my nails to please me. I wish I asked his name. My second visit was horrible. The female was very rude and constantly verbally communicated with the owner the majority of the time I was in her chair. The female did not remove all of the gel previously applied to my nails. I feared that I would need the service again in one week instead of three weeks because the application was not applied on an appropriately prepared surface. The polish was lumpy and left bubbles and separations on my nail bed. I kept trying to point out the flaws including I mentioned three times that the lady was applying the French White Polish too wide and the lady continued as if she could fix the mistake along the way. Finally I had to be firm to avoid paying more than I normally pay for service that wasn't going to last. The lady finally agreed to remove the application and start over. This was an awful time consuming experience. I paid and complimented the final application. However, my nails were not shaped, the French white is a different width on each nail and I have so many places that snag. This place is really nice and close to my house. However, I have paid less and receive far better. I guess the only way to be sure that you get a good person will be to learn their names and make an appointment. Read Less

Disappointing experience! Waited an hour and forty five minutes for a pedicure.....I decided to just leave without receiving service. Warning....walk-ins are not welcomed, an appointment is needed unless you have 2-3 hours to wait. Read Less

I will only use Serenity Nail Spa from here on out! My experience was fabulous and the service was 5 star! The spa had such a relaxing and soothing feel from the minute I walked in the door. Kevin (one of the owners) did my solar nails and they looked wonderful. During my service, I was with a group of friends and they were getting pedicures, they loved their experience, too. I loved seeing that the nail specialist used brand new liners for the pedicure tubs and new buffers and files for the feet. Kevin told me that once they use the materials on one customer they throw away the used tools and sterilize the metal ones.
