Came into this salon on Friday morning I was there for two and a half hours and then I get all the services I needed. It was my first time in this salon so when the nail technician asked me what I wanted in my water for my pedicure I said I not sure, his response was oh you want the cheap pedicure 😯. He stopped twice during my pedicure to do someone's massage and to finish someone's paint on their feet. When he got to my nails I asked him to cut off a little he cut it all the way down. he tried to pay my nails a few times and did not do well with the paint. My 13 year old daughter can do a better paint job. Needless to say I made him take the polish off my fingernails and I had to go and pay to get them paint it somewhere else. He then try to charge me to take the polish off. I left very unsatisfied with my toenails looking a mess, and thought to myself forget letting them give me a wax! I did not even want to leave one star. I came in and immediately the man was rude and so was the woman. I was getting the dipped nail off of my nails and it took an hour before they talked with me while my nails were soaking in acetone. My friend came with me to get dipped and explained that she wanted tips and the man told her she shouldn’t get tips and proceeded to put the chemical on her nails for dipped. She has never gotten them done before so she was not sure about the process. She stopped him and told him again that she wants dipped. He got an attitude with her and explained that he had to take that off and charged her extra for it. We have been here for over an hour now and the only words that have been spoken to us have been rude. I will not be back nor will I advise anyone else to come. Read Less
