I just moved to the area and saw this place was close to my home, so I decided to walk-in for a mani/pedi. I arrived at 5:58pm and the door was locked when I tried to open it. The open sign was flashing and the closing hour was posted as 7 pm. Yet, the technicians would not open the door. If they are "appointment only" establishment it was not stated anywhere for the public to know. Completely turned off and will drive 15 miles out of my way to pay for service. I've been here twice out of convenience since it's closer to where I live than my regular spot. Each time there were only 2 employees working, so I had to wait at least an hour each time. When I left after my first visit, I suspected I had been charged (by debit) more than she said, but I didn't complain because I thought I was mistaken maybe. The second time I was charged $30 for a $25 service. I definitely returned for my money this time! Basically, as long as you pay cash (so they can't rob you) and don't mind waiting over an hour even during the daytime, then go for it. I'm giving 2 stars because even though they rob you and the customer service is mediocre, they do a great job..nearly perfect. Read Less

I had a horrible experience. This place was super slow. There were only two employees present and on of them seemed to be hiding most of the time. I waited two hours and got to the chair where they told me that they didn't do coffin shaped nails. I was too mad. Read Less

walked in for a pedi and was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. 30 minutes later I walked out. Just be honest with people! If you had told me 30 minutes, I would have made an appointment and come back later. As is it, I won't go back at all. Very unprofessional! Read Less
