I was getting my hair styled. Or so I thought lol. Just maybe not very well. The lady stylist (I believe her name was Michelle m. Maybe last name Marsh...) apparently did not know how to use a simple curling iron . . . Left with so many crimps from the curling iron and just not looking good or fabulous AT ALL!!! Very unsatisfied. WILL NEVER GIVE BUSINESS TO THEM AGAIN. I will continue to go to Salon Entourage in Wayzata!!! Idc if it's more expensive, now I know: good hair i...s NOT CHEAP! Cheap hair IS NOT GOOD!!!! I know you take a chance going somewhere you've never been before. And for me it's very important when I get my hair done that it looks good because it's something that I can't usually do as well at home and I want to leave feeling pretty. I get that this was just one lady and maybe hair-styling isn't her fortè (which it should be given where she works). I'm just saying I'm sure all the other hair stylists are just fine. Bought a groupon for a massage, which honestly doesn't usually end up being all that great. But this one was AMAZING! I got Frances Diaz and she was seriously incredible. This is the best massage I've ever gotten. She was so smooth and seamless, took her time. I honestly thought she messed up and did 90 minutes because she spent so much time on my back and neck. Do not go here. This is the second time I've gone here hoping that they have gotten better. Kim did my nails who I believe owns the place. I only came for a polish and she was so rude to me asking why I didn't get a pedicure and I told her I already had one and I just wanted to do a polish change. She did a crappy polish on my toes and said it was because I needed a pedicure. The only reason I went to this place again was because my mom and grandma lives close by and we wanted to meet to do our nails. They made my grandmother wait for 30 minutes after they had already taken off her polish and kept doing other people's nails coming in instead of finishing hers. Of course I didn't say anything because I didn't want to ruin our time there but then she started doing my toe polish and she was extremely rude about me wanting to do French and kept saying it looked bad because I needed a pedicure. I asked her to change it to a regular color hoping she could paint better and she still did a bad job and told me that I would have to pay for the French that she one didn't even finish and two wanted to give me a crappy paint job. I will never let my family go here again. If you want to go to an awesome nail place that will always give you the best customer service and your moneys worth go to the nail salon that's right in front of Walmart on Lakeland . It's called Tammy's nails and I've already done my research they are the best place that you can go around Jackson and they never make you wait either. They get attitudes for nothing and they are so lazy. They really get an attitude when the are working after hours it's not my fault that they are slow and that I was waiting there until they could do my nails. Also, You have to pay extra just to get the coffin shape on your nails like who does that. They don't even paint right it's just a cheap rip off. Read Less

Worst nail shop I've been to in Jackson. Got the dipping nails and it came out super lumpy. Before they "fixed" it, the girl said, "We fix it. Pay now." Rude. Of course, I told them to fix it first. Still lumpy and streaked and several uneven lengths after two different people did them and two hours later. They need more practice. I guess I have to keep driving to Pearl for good nail service... Nooo!  Don't do it!  Prices are higher than most and service is definitely the worst service I've ever received. I went in for a manicure, the manicurist asked me 'gel or regular' and those were the last words she said to me. She carried on a personal conversation on her Bluetooth the ENTIRE time. OK. These folks do an excellent manicure really fast but there are rules. 1) don't try and talk to them, you'll only confuse them and end up with the wrong thing.  Just pick a color, point to it and stick with it. 2) they will always try and upsell you - stick to your guns3) the wait is always "5 minutes" - don't believe them.  If there are people sitting on the waiting area, you're going to be there a while4) go on Mondays or Tuesdays or during the day but never on Fridays or Saturdays unless you have some time to kill.
