I've been coming here since they opened and will never go anywhere else. Great service and pleasant staff. I must a admit that I usually come during the week rather than weekends and never on Friday to avoid bridal parties. (Gets pretty hectic). They over charged and were not very polite. Went there for a bridal party and was not honored the 10% off discount that was promised over the phone during scheduling. They complained about what we were each asking....which was not complicated! Poor service. Will not return. Read Less

So I really love this nail salon . And it is so professional and the people that work there are really nice . And ever time they have done my nails they do a great job . Always satisfied with my nails; however they are extremely RUDE. One male nail tech in particular. He seems to hate his job, so he has no regard for the customers. Always the workers never the owner. Of course he has nothing to loose. How sad!Read Less

They do not open at 9 despite the fact the hours listed on the window say 9am-7pm. I'm outside of their shop now with 3 others and it's 9:10 and still not here !!! Unprofessional!!! Then when I come the person doing my nails always makes reference to his chipped they are or how long I waited .. that's rude ..beautiful shop but customer service needs improvement!! Read Less

$67 for a deluxe pedicure and shellac manicure done in an hour and 15 mins. My "shellac" manicure was coming off in my car which is supposed to be cured with the gel light which didnt cure. . She said it was a new bottle of polish that's why it happened. If it's new it shouldn't have any problems. Pedicure massage was pathetic and polish all over my toes. I went and asked for my money back and she only offered $20. They may not care about the reviews but maybe I can save somebody from wasting their money. rediculous!!!!! Read Less

The girls are so nice and really gentle. I walked in without an appointment and they fit me right in. They use clean sterile tools, they give you your own nail file kit, drinks are served to you, the list goes on. I was allowed to use colors I brought from home too.
