Went to this salon because it's the only one open on a Sunday! The customer service sucks. The owner filed my pinky toe down so far that it bled. The water was cold. They do not offer any beverages... and she rushed me out of the seat immediately. Even though nobody was going to use it... I will not be going there again. They completely jacked up my nails. I complained the entire time and when i finally got the shape I wanted she charged me an additional $5!! My polish isn't on right. I just paid and left. I will never step foot in this shop!!! If you want your money worth you better not either!!! Read Less

I had never been to this place before but went with my friend who is a regular. People were friendly but the lady who did my pedi was terrible. She skipped over the leg massage and stabbed my toe with the clippers and today I have a huge scab. When I pulled back she said she didn't touch me. I will probably go back but will request this person not give me services. Read Less

Terrible customer service! I do not recommend unless you want to sit for 45+ minutes. Then have to explain yet again in clear English what services that you are interested in getting. And then nearly triple charge what they have listed on the "prices menu". Read Less

Really irritated that I got a gift certificate for here right after I had my baby. I forgot about it and remembered a few days after it expired. I went in and the owner told me they don't except expired certificates. I've been going here for years, even before Wendy bought it. It's really sad when they are willing to lose a long time customer over a gift certificate that was a few days expired.I used to go here because i thought they cared about their customers, guess I was wrong! The technician did a good job on my nails, but the facility was dirty, messy and unorganized. Two male technicians were lazing around, one laying on the guest sofas, the other texting on his phone. VERY unlrofessional! Once my nails were done, I was put under a nail drier that was up at head level, so had to reach up from aow chair.......VERY uncomfortable. Next to me on the windowsill was a drink left; who knows when, fermenting! Constant noise with their small children, and talking loud in their language. In all this chaos, I was left and forgotten, so I got up and left. This was not a relaxing, restful, pampering time.....I left stressed. I will not return. Read Less
