My experience was beyond great. The staff was courteous and service was awesome. I was seen and greeeted promptly upon arrival. The service was not rushed nor reckless. I enjoyed my visit 100%. Booked an appointment here last month online. When I showed up for the appointment the lady had no clue what I was talking about. She fit me in, and the pedicure was fine. When the owner? came in, she didn't acknowledge it either. They definitely should not offer online appointments if they have no clue one has been made. I would not go back. Read Less

Did a great job on my nails. I only have it a low review because the two employees got into an argument in front of myself and a new customer over what service that customer wanted. It didn't help that the customer changed her mind once they started working on her nails. I just feel that once you turn a customer over to another employee back away and let the other employee handle it Read Less

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! The girls doing the pedicures (including mine) kept talking to each other the ENTIRE time.. And it sounds like they were discussing a heated topic because they couldn't keep quiet. The girl working on me would continuously stop working on my nails to talk to her coworkers! So rude! Then she left me in cold wet towels to take another client! I sat for 15 min. Then when it came time to paint my nails, I'm not exaggerating, she painted them in 30 seconds. Immediately put my flip flops on and walked me to the front to take my money. First visit was great, second visit was not that good didn't take off the calluses off my feet that much. They also opened late. Asked about another treatment and I was told I had to wait for another employee to come in. When I came back I was told a later time. I gave up. Third visit yet again it's 10am and no one here closed up. Better manicure and pedicure than the second visit but I didn't get asked which pedicure and manicure I wanted. I always get the one with the hot stones. Well not this time since I wasn't asked which one I wanted. They did take care of my ingrown toe nail that was really hurting and was gentle with it. The man there tried to first take off my old shellac with a drill but I said oh no no no. Then he wasn't very patient with waiting for the acetone to take off the old shellac and he ruined my nail bed by peeling it off in a sheet. He didn't use primer or bond on my nail bed to make sure the new shellac adheres. When I brought it up to him he conveniently ignored me. Then when I asked about free repairs I was told they would only fix them for free for the first week. 30% off wasn't worth it. I'll go back to my regular shop. They fix repairs for free no matey how many times or when it happens. That's fair when I go in every two weeks to hey a new manicure. Read Less
