DO YALL SEE THIS WORK THO Service sucks will never go back again ratchet staff and lady purposely messed my brows up and got money before hand she made sure the left one was the 1st one I saw while laying on the table looking in the mirror just because I opted out of getting my nails done also just looked at my toes look like a kid did them glad I didn't spend 50 for gel polish never has my toes ever looked this bad tuh see for yourself not sure why pics isn't showing up on my review all this 45 $ down the drain Avoid this place ladies and forgot to mention while on the middle of pedi I realized the bowl didn't have the shower cap thing on it then I was thinking to myself wow really I'm not getting my nails done at this nasty place so mad about my 45$ ugh9

Nice mani and pedi. The lady I had was a little pushy and forceful as far as upselling services. My nails were smeared and the polish wasn't neat.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Went in with my bridal party to have our nails done, which the appointment was made weeks in advance, but somehow they didn’t have enough time to do everything we requested, as my mom left without her nails done. Not only that, but as the bride, I should not be secluded, but I was in a corner by myself away from my group. Not a fun experience at all. I suggest everyone who wants to have a day of pampering with their bridal party go ANYWHERE ELSE! Customer service was also terrible, and I was extremely disappointed with how the day went. I definitely will not return.

Great service, fast, friendly & professional. My 4yr niece & i have been coming for a while. She won't let anyone else touch her nails or toes. They wax eyebrows the right way. Mines come out perfectly even everytime!! They close at 7 but if you are coming & its close to 7, just call and let them know. They'll wait for you. Strongly recommend these guys.

Lots of different choices and color and materials, gems, etc etc. I get fantastic nails from them every single time. This most recent trip I got a big gem on my ring fingers and they both fell off, and I went back to ask them to fix it (on two separate occasions) and both times they gladly fixed them and got my new gems and didn’t even charge me!! How rad is that?? They had to completely strip my nail and restart both times, no complaints and no charge. They’re really great and worth their prices.

Parked my car just in front of the Salon and had my nails done. 1 hr later came out to find that my car BMW emblem had been torn off. Seriously! Who does this?!? However my nail look great.

ALERT!!ALERT!! This is the worst nail salon in Jackson, Ms. They don't care about you or the service they provide. if you complain about it they threaten you and tell you too get out their shop. I will be reaching out too the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU because this is not fair too patrons of MS. If you don't want people too visit your shop maybe you should relocate too another state. I see this shop all over MS. I would love too speak too the owner and ask him why does he not care about the people he services in these communities. I hope this is helpful too everyone try too avoid this location or possibly any nail salon with this name. I assuming you will get the same type of service. Also don't believe these positive posts because they are there friends and they get some services done for free or discounted for making them sound like they provide good service so please don't believe it.

I went with my daughter and her friend. We had an appointment and got in right away. They did a really good job. We got deluxe pedicures and shallic manicures. It was more $ than i expected. It was 45 for pedicure it was suppose to be $35. And $35 for manicure when I expected to pay $25. Next time I will pay more attention to the price. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

Called twice to make an appointment and then to add an additional person. When we showed up, they didn't have us down. We waited 25 minutes for them to start the first pedicure and then and hour and half later, we had to leave without getting our manicures because they were so far behind. There was no communication about the delay in our manicures, the situation was just ignored as we sat in the chairs waiting. It wasn't addressed until we asked and then decided to leave. I will not be going back here again.

They did a good job on my pedicure. Didn't charge me extra for the calluses like other places do. I got a regular manicure too and it was horrible! The lady did not know how to paint nails. How do you not know how to paint nails and work at a nail salon? It was streaky and patchy. Just bad. The other ladies that we're getting shellac and acrylics, their nails look amazing. I just think the person I got had no clue. Probably won't be back even though it's so close to my house.

I love getting my nails done here. Everyone is so friendly and its very comfortable. I wont go any place else. The attention to detail is tremendous!!! Love it!!!!!

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Went in with my bridal party to have our nails done, which the appointment was made weeks in advance, but somehow they didn’t have enough time to do everything we requested, as my mom left without her nails done. Not only that, but as the bride, I should not be secluded, but I was in a corner by myself away from my group. Not a fun experience at all. Great service, fast, friendly & professional. My 4yr niece & i have been coming for a while. She won't let anyone else touch her nails or toes. They wax eyebrows the right way. Mines come out perfectly even everytime!! They close at 7 but if you are coming & its close to 7, just call and let them know. They'll wait for you. Strongly recommend these guys.

This most recent trip I got a big gem on my ring fingers and they both fell off, and I went back to ask them to fix it (on two separate occasions) and both times they gladly fixed them and got my new gems and didn’t even charge me!!
